I emailed these guys on several occasions to make sure I was getting not only the right rack for my car but also 2x bike racks. Every time I received a prompt reply and when I finally placed and paid online again the communication was excellent and hassle free collection.
I highly recommend buying from them. Good quality product also.

Izak is great, really knowledgeable and helpful over email - we needed a roof rack that we can move to our new car when it finally arrives in the country, and Prorack from The Roof Box Company meant we just need a new bracket. We've since bought the roof box from them as well. Highly recommend.
