Fast shipping, very well made sturdy roof racks. Little to no contact though, got the confirmation email but no follow up to say they had been shipped/ given a tracking number, they just showed up one day.

Worth the Wait

Got the right product, thanks to a good website. What is not good is the extraordinary number of kits to fit the rack to the car, and the very difficult to understand instructions. Plain English would be good.
