Shaun gave excellent advice - combining the exterior painting and roof work at the same time, so as to keep the scaffolding costs down. Thank you so much. Jacob who did the water blasting and painting is really good to deal with, and did a great job, so did Wayne who came for the follow up. You have a very good system where the manager inspects and signs off the work at the end. I initially thought that your work will be overpriced, but the reality was different, it was reasonable, and good value. The most important thing for me was your team - really helpful, including the scaffolding people, please pass on my thanks to them. I will certainly recommend you to my contacts, in fact I just had an enquiry and am forwarding your details. Keep up the great work team!

Great service, the roof needed a bit of extra work which was no problem.

They cleaned the neighbours deck which got some dirt on it from the cleaning of our roof.

Great service and standard of work from Shaun the manager to Dan and his work crew. Also great dealing with the boss Kelly who came to personally inspect the work on completion and the friendly office manager Alana.

I am very happy with my new roof. The area of concern is around poor communication from Roofcare. It meant I was the one having to try to get answers around when the job would start, why some parts of the job hadn't been done and when it was all going to be completely finished. I wasn't sure who my point of contact should be and no one was keeping in touch informing me of progress with getting the job to its finishing point.

Roofcare were amazing! We were due for a reroof right when our country went into lockdown. The moment we were told the country could move to Level 3 Roofcare were on the phone making sure they could get started on our job. They were very efficient and got the job quickly. The men were respectful of the new standards - social distancing etc. We are extremely happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get their roof sorted through Roofcare.

Our big roof was given the extra special attention it required by your very experienced and well qualified workmen. Faulty tiles were replaced, the roof cleaned and resurfaced before painting was carried out and then a final coat of chemical spray. We were lucky to have lovely fine weather for this big job, with the result it looks amazing - like a new roof. Many thanks to a great team.

Excellent service and results - without exception the team were extremely pleasant - would have done this sooner had I been aware of how painless the process was.

Good experience and friendly staff. Got right into it once Covid19 got out the way a bit. Roof looking a lot better now and heaps of tiles replaced.

wow.. estimated start time was bang on. that was such a great experience. goods arrived promptly and work started the next day. still can't believe the roof was done in ONE DAY. well done

Workmanship and professionalism of the guys who did the work was very good.
They kept us well-informed of what they were doing and how long it would take.
The only area of improvement would be in the communication of when things would get started - got a couple of different dates which were both missed - but happy with the end result.
