Took my money, gave me a delivery date, didn't show, then when I phoned to ask about it chloe from the office said she'd phone me back and didn't bother. Then said they could deliver half the order but would cost me over £1000. Still waiting for a call back. Still out my INITAL £1300.

Extremely poor service. I paid a £66.60 delivery charge for a 1-3 days delivery, but the items never arrived. Now their phone lines are broken and customer service is completely non-existent. Order ref: [1000176614]. Avoid this company!"

The full roof kit was spot on for coverage and materials, arrived exactly when stated and good quality product. As a diyer it was easy to fit and has held up far better than the previous covering ( felt)

Avoid. Taken over £600, sent email saying products were in production. 3 weeks later, sent email telling me 1 part was unavailable and asking me to substitute. I agreed. They emailed saying did I want to cancel order. I said no. Baring in mind 24 hours between each response their end, I telephoned them asking whats going on. To be told they didnt have any of my items in stock and never had. So further delay tactics as didnt say this is original email. Then refused to allow to cancel order over the phone, said i had to email as that was the process. They emailed me, which i had to reply to, delayed things even further. Their email worded like i chose to cancel, not they couldnt fulfil the order. So took money for items they never had. Now got to wait 10 working days for refund.. given bank holiday aswell, that's almost 3 weeks wait for refund. Refund still not yet received. I was told if i didnt want to delay refund, i should reply to their refund email immediately, like it had been me holding matters up thus far! I had replied to each of their previous emails within minutes and theyd taken over 24 hours each time to send another. Not helpful service when I spoke to them either just saying "I only answer phone". Refused to give me telephone contact of manager, delayed every part of the process when should never have taken my money initially seen as they dont have the stock available. If you dont want to be messed around, id suggest shopping elsewhere

Delivery vastly slower than expected. Genius delivery drivers propped stuff up so when the wind caught it fell onto my car. Avoid.

Took a week longer to deliver then initial information during purchase, on of the sheets was shorter by 8cm (label stated correct size), I have only noticed it during installation and had all the holes predrilled so they will not accept return.
Word of advise is to check when order arrives as clearly someone don’t know how to use measuring tape.

Very easy to order online, and purchase through PayPal. Delivery was delayed slightly, due to current fuel problems. Lorraine annd Chloe kept me informed, and answered any questions I had. Delivery (V1 Distribution) was on the revised day given, with the driver informing when he was 20 minutes away. The items were unloaded (by Sohal & Arshi), and stacked carefully. All in all, a very good service. Already reviewed 5 stars on FeeFo, but I have knocked 1 star off, because I have been waiting a reply to my email (regarding some returns) for 4 days.

Very disappointed with my experience with Roofing Megastore.

My first order arrived with wrong items and some products damaged. When I contacted customer service, I was told the damage was only “minor” and they refused to properly deal with it. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — I’ve had to call 4–5 times already and I still haven’t received it.

At first, customer service seemed helpful, but that completely changed after the order problems started. After spending over £600 with the company, I placed another order and was charged more than double the expected delivery fee. When I called to ask why, the response was basically “that’s how the system works.”

Because of the poor service and lack of support, I asked to cancel the order. The lady on the phone simply said “okay” and hung up on me.

Very unprofessional experience overall. I would strongly recommend other customers to be careful before ordering, especially when it comes to damaged items, refunds, and unexpected delivery charges.

Where do I start not only was the order two weeks later than they said when I ordered an exhaust for my bike from Italy the same day and that arrived days later I ended up with 4 sheets all at wrong size when I ordered two at a specific size to suit the job that’s what I thought bespoke ordering was for now I know different I won’t be using this company again the only reason for two stars is the fact I’ve got more sheets than I ordered just made my job twice as hard instead of a quick easy job

Really great Company, told me when the roofing sheets would arrive and the driver arrived exactly then. The driver was down to earth, professional and very helpful, he parked right next to my drive and we both carried the sheets into my garden. I’ve used Roofing Megastore before and I highly recommend them.

They did not respect the delivery date and there were delays.
Some products were missing, and the products that arrived were damaged.
They respond very slowly to emails.
I would never recommend this company.

ABYSMAL. Over 3 weeks and still not recieved roof sheets, Order promised today after 13 phone calls did not arrive. No emails ...nothing. Having to take out a section 75 with barclaycard.

I've been repeatedly hassled to give a review when my order won't be delivered for another 2 weeks, so not a great customer experience. No idea whether the products are any good yet.

The problem is not a stock issue.
I cancelled with Roofing megastore first. Not the carrier as stated. Check your phone records, after all, you do record them.
The delivery date was constantly changed by your carrier. You did little to rectify this.

I Ordered the below item on the 27th April 26 and the item arrived in around 3 -4 days which i was very pleased with. ( Hence 2 Stars Initially, now 1 due to your reply and deception)
When we checked the items everything seemed ok, however when we came to install the kit we found that 1.2mm EPDM sheet had been supplied when the website product specification states 2mm which is far more robust. As it was a Sunday 10th May (Weather Perfect) when we were supposed to install the company was closed so we registered a complaint by email and on Monday morning called Roofing Megastore and spoke to a Lady who didn't give Her name just Hello, we explained our problem and the Lady just told us they only do 1.2mm and 1.5mm not 2mm as stated on the website so there was nothing She was prepared to do to rectify the problem, I would have expected that as 2mm was stated that at the very least the 1.5mm would have been offered.
Further to this the Russ roof strip which the install instructions says should be fitted is not included in the Roof in a box Kit.
We have ended up fitting the 1.2mm kit as time at this stage would have been an issue as the rest of the roof was ready for being watertight.
The response was not what i expected from a reputable company and certainly not the offhand attitude we received when we called your company.
