Avoid at all costs !!!

I placed an order on 2 March 2026 and, as of today, I am still waiting for my item to be delivered.

The company has been completely unresponsive to all emails and messages sent on social media, which is extremely frustrating. Communication has been non-existent throughout this process.

I was also misled about dispatch times. I received an email stating that my parcel would be collected by UPS the following day, but the tracking information shows that only a label has been created and the item has not actually been handed over to the courier.

I have since requested a refund, but have neither received my item nor my money back.

Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have had to escalate the matter to my bank to recover my funds.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Roof Scraper Ltd dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 24 October 2023.

Placed an order on 9 March 2026 and paid £447.99.
No response to three messages sent for updates on the delivery.
No goods delivered!
Subsequently discovered that this company was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on Companies House on 24 October 2023 and a new company 'WFP Pole Systems Ltd' set up on 18 December 2023 with a change of address in Leeds.
Despite this Roof Scraper continues to advertise on Google.

Still waiting after 2 weeks

Still waiting after 2 weeks. The delivery app said its been delivered. Surely they aren't taking money and not sending orders out?

Still waiting for my delivery 3 weeks…

Still waiting for my delivery 3 weeks after order, despite Website saying all in stock and delivery dispatched in 48 hours.
Tracker system is a joke as well.
Company not replying to messages.

Not good service at all, can not recommend using them.

You have to beg for your items.

Dreadful company. Having to beg
for my items to be delivered. Website states 48 hour delivery. It has been 3 weeks. Owner has fobbed me off by providing a UPS tracking number (he has printed a sticker off) and not sent to UPS to deliver despite creating this sticker a week ago. Does not respond to a single email despite stating in the automated confirmation email that you are to use the email for questions and queries. Had to track his business page down on facebook and had a response stating he was behind on orders. Here is a tip, if you are constantly behind on orders perhaps do not put 48 hour delivery on your website and have the decency to respond to customers explaining instead of authorising payment and leaving customers in the dark. Absolutely appalling. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Not the service promised

Ordered an item around noon on 26.06.2025 and the company said delivery within 24-48 hours and they would notify me when it was despatched. It is now 48 hours and I have not been notified of its despatch so there is zero chance of them achieving their 24-48 hour delivery promise. They don't publish a phone number so you can only contact them via a form on their site.
On the plus side it has now arrived and seems to be a good quality product.
