money taken, no sheets delivered and no response despite sending several emails and phone calls leaving voice mail. they never reply so must be a scam company so don't bother with them

No delivery or communication
UPDATE. Everything now recieved so increased to 2 stars. Hopefully service will improve for others.
Ordered £500 of roof sheets and ancils. After a month of chasing and very little response from the owner, Stephen Horin, we finally received part of the order. Have emailed both email addresses to request either delivery of the remainder, or a refund for the balance, but no response. Will be calling card issuer and trading standards to report fraud if the delivery isn't made by friday.

My son just ordered sheets and paid…
UPDATE 4-9-2025: my son says sheeting arrived on lorry last night! Not sure what to think, no communication from company, delivery driver said "yes, we know this company is not very reliable.." but grateful they arrived.
My son just ordered sheets and paid with credit card. no email confirmation, they do not answer their phone, they moved their registered address (companies house), and no one knows anything. Unless he gets a reply, it must be a scam.
