Hi Phil, thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry that you are very unhappy with our service however from your order I can see that you ordered a spare part. Spare parts are not kept in stock and therefore are on a 15-20 working day delivery time. I can see that the product was supplied in this time frame however we do get this is a long time for an item so I will see if we can get more spare parts in stock. In terms of prices, this is set by production and shipping costs but we are always looking at ways we can make it more affordable but still have just as good service.
We have taken your feedback on board and are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you

Helps keep the heat in during winter.
This is my second Fakro roof blind, the first one is on the sunny side of the roof and does a great job of blocking out the sun on a hot day, and not getting woken up at the first light of dawn.
I've also noticed that when you get a frost covering the roof, if you leave the blind down you get frost on the outside of the glass as well, if you leave the blind up you get no frost on the glass. So the blinds definitely help keep the heat in the house.
Based on this I brought another blind for the other side of the roof on the adjoining landing. Every little bit will help with winter fuel bills.
Blind installed easily and with a perfect fit.

We were away on holiday for a week and…
We were away on holiday for a week and then suddenly got this message to say you would be deliviering that same week and that if there was no one to recieve it, we might have to pay for a new delivery charge.
It took several emails to sort it out and was very stressful. Then you did not deliver until reminded weeks later.
