SCAM Alert. RoomelloTravel.com VOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAM ALERT Do not book with this fake company. I booked plane tickets to go see a sick family member and all was ruined because the tickets were not delivered. The 'agents' started making excuses blaming the airline claiming they had delayed issuing out the tickets. I checked with the airline and they confirmed that there were no delays of any sort. The communication went cold soon afterwards. I have lost over £2500. I have promptly reported them to the polica and willmak esure they wont scam another person again. S
