My room was lovely, full of light and decently decorated with all the necessary storage and a very comfortable bed!

The landlord was extremely responsive and solved any problems that came up in the house generally.

The flatmates there when I was a tenant seemed to be very well picked and screened, creating a lovely welcoming and homely atmosphere in the communal area.

The cleaners and the gardener are discrete and normally efficient also.

Overall, big thanks to Francis for the lovely space to call home.

A trusting Landlord who was always approachable with matters in the room, and dealt with requests swiftly.

Emphasis on the community and well being of the house, which created a safe and fun environment.

I can genuinely say, this has been the best experience of renting in a HMO I have ever had. Both Francis and Anna are genuinely so excellent at what they do, and it was clear to me from day one just how much effort they put into their homes and thought they put into each feature. I lived extremely happily for 19 months in one of their properties which was recently refurbished to an extremely high standard - I was especially impressed with the 'little details' like fully kitting out the kitchen with everything we could need, storage for our bins and bikes, places for our post, and even a BBQ for us to use! As I said to anyone who viewed my room, I've been continually impressed with the speed of communication if I had any questions or anything was needed in the house - you can really tell that Francis and Anna care about their properties and want to keep them to a high standard as they are so efficient and on it! Based on this experience, I would recommend Rooms In Norwich for any young professional - personally I will really miss living here! Thanks Anna and Francis.

Francis and Anna were excellent landlords, being attentive and proactive whilst also respecting privacy. Moving in and out processes were very straightforward, and throughout the tenancy the landlords were thoughtful to COVID circumstances and I felt they truly cared about their tenants. Highly recommend!

Francis and Anna are wonderful landlords. They were extremely accommodating from the very start of my experience. The property was well maintained and immaculate when I moved in. They were always extremely responsive and helpful throughout my tenancy. I would reccomend renting with Francis and Anna to any young professional - they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home.

This has been a fantastic experience. I do not have a single fault, the landlords are proactive, quick say fixing faults and very good with communication and incentives. The check in process is also very easy and effective.

Great experience from start to finish.

From first enquiries to moving in everything was very professional but personal. The application and referencing is thorough but that shows they want the best people in the house. If ever there was an issue it was dealt with in a very quick fashion. Francis is a very approachable landlord and always has time for his tenants. The house itself is kept well and is finished to a decent specification.
