Truly the most incredible experience with Root Retreats. I did the Gloves Off Women’s Muay Thai Retreat with Gabrielle de Ramos in Thailand! Everything was planned perfectly so that it went really smoothly while also leaving time to relax and explore on our own. It was amazing to meet so many likeminded women from all over the world and with all different Muay Thai skill levels. And Remi was the sweetest most amazing host. She put so much time, effort and heart into the retreat and it was really special. Would absolutely book another one!

The bonds made over just a few days is amazing to experience! It’s so beautiful how like minded people can be brought together, and root retreats created the most safe and welcoming environment to truly relax in.

The retreat was honestly one of the best decisions I could have made for myself.

Everything was so thoughtfully planned, from the activities to all the little details. Remi and Ella created such a safe, warm and beautiful atmosphere that allowed all of us to connect so deeply in such a short amount of time. It honestly felt so special.

I learned so much about myself during this retreat and pushed myself out of my comfort zone in ways I didn’t expect. I feel like I’ve grown so much in just one week and made a real step forward in my own journey of self-discovery.

And as if that wasn’t enough, I also made some amazing new friendships along the way. 🥹

I’m already counting down the days until I can join another retreat. I’m so, so grateful for this experience and for everyone who made it what it was I already know I’ll carry these memories with me forever.

I genuinely don’t know how to put into words how amazing this retreat was. From start to finish, it was such a special experience and something I’ll remember for a very long time.

What made it so incredible was the people. I met the most amazing group of girls, and there was such a lovely, caring and supportive atmosphere throughout. I felt completely safe to be open, honest and completely myself, which made the whole experience even more meaningful.

I came away feeling so grateful, refreshed and with so many beautiful memories and new friends. It was exactly what I needed, and I honestly had the absolute best time.

Thank you so much to everyone who made this retreat what it was, especially Remi and Ella for organising it all. I’ve already booked onto the next retreat! I cannot wait to do it all over again! 🤍✨
