2 Reasons for this review.
First the website is slow and buggy. Idk why nobody is talking about it. I tested it on different browsers hardware even with VPN. The cart is saving throw tabs. When you want to cancel something it doesn't reset to having empty cart. Removing something doesn't necessary lead to actually removing the item before purchasing. Paypal tab not working when your logged in. Some words are not in german when the entire website is supposed to be in german.

Now the second reason is. That I created a ticket on second january if Rootana want know the request number it's 1028 and up to today not a single answer. Maybe it landed in the spam folder but then the question comes how does this happen with a email which is from a normal email with 0 links.

EDIT: The confusion about Paypal happens because the website is telling that you can pay with Paypal although you clicked on the Abo button.

I really like Rootana. It is very filling and isn't overly sweet. I drink a shake every morning and it keeps me full. I mix mine with soy milk instead of water.

Unfortunately zero stars was not an option. My husband ordered and was excited about the product. Was estimated to arrive almost two weeks ago and has yet to arrive (ordered shipped in two days via priority mail. Expected in 2-3 working days.) Tracking still states that USPS is awaiting package. No movement in tracking in over two weeks. Attempts to reach customer service by email have not been answered. Horrible customer service.

I bought this as an alternative to Huel as I don't like Huel's subscription model and they use caffeine in the black edition. I was a bit worried this would taste different. And it does in a good way! This tastes much better - a natural taste rather than a gloopy artificial taste. I use the original and add some frozen berries. I do make mine up in a blender so can't comment on how to use it if you shake it. It blends up really well into a milkshake consistency. Delicious as a lunch replacement.

I have found in Rootana an amazing ally to begin my workout routine. It’s delicious, nutritious and very easy to prepare.

I drink it with the confidence that my body is getting what it needs. Also I love that is vegan!!

I have had ample experience with meal replacement shakes from the likes of Huel to YFood shakes.

In Rootana, I've found what I've been looking for all this years, a shake that doesn't get boring after a while. I think that this might be due to the subtle flavor, which is more palatable in the long run. I definitely don't miss the strong artificial flavors and the aftertaste of the sweeteners.

Dark Cacao is my favorite, but Vanilla is a must have if you want to use the shake regularly. It's the best one to mix.

It's a little bit more expensive than the competition, and that's a tough ask for some, but for me the difference on how it makes me feel is worth it.

Super easy, super filling, super cost effective (my bag lasted through more meals than what was even listed).

Took me a few days to get used to the taste, but once I added ice with it, and got used to it, it tastes AMAZING. I crave it now, especially because it fills me up way longer than any other meal. I love to have it for breakfast personally.

I had a problem with shipping, emailed the Rootana support team, they were super understanding and sent out another bag to me within a few hours.

I have tried at least 5 different meal replacement shakes over the last 5 years and Rootana is my favorite, as it is real food and tastes like real food, does not use artificial sugars, has sufficient calories to make it worth drinking and is fairly priced. I have a monthly subscription for both Dark Chocolate and Vanilla; both have a great taste that is not overly sweet with no aftertaste. I sometimes use for lunch, sometimes for dinner. Unlike other shakes that I have tried, I haven’t had any digestive issues and Rootana fills me up. The optional scoop makes it easy for me to get consistent results when measuring and shaking the product.

I want to give a shout-out to Cathy in customer service who is awesome. My bags always ship on time, and I normally receive them within 2-3 days of shipping. I had some questions about my subscriptions, and she answered them immediately.

Highly recommended.

I'm not really particular about the taste because I care more about the health benefits. Drink it every morning for my breakfast and it lasts me throughout the day.

The only area for improvement I would say is consistency with the measurements. The pouch says a recommended serving size but the size says scoops. I understand the company has its own scooper but when you see 3/4 cups (pouch) or 4 scoops (site), you'll now have to relly on weigh.

Rootana offers a nutritious, clean product for those seeking a nutrition shake to supplement their diet. It is challenging to find a nutrition shake without zero calorie sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, or sucralose. Rootana nutrition shakes were one of the only options I found without artificial ingredients or zero calorie sweeteners. All three flavors (original, vanilla, and chocolate) are wholesome. They are not overly sweet like many other shakes on the market. The oat flavor present in the shakes is very satisfying and delicious. The consistency of the shakes is thick which I do prefer over thin nutrition shakes. I also like the fact that the nutrition shakes are sweetened lightly with coconut sugar. The added sugar per serving is low, so it is very easy to incorporate Rootana daily into my diet. Overall, I am thrilled to have found Rootana nutrition shakes. I have shared them with my sister, and now she is equally as hooked. Finally, their customer service is superb! My orders always ship ASAP and arrive within 2 - 3 business days.

I am thrilled with Rootana's product. It tastes good, is easy to make, can be mixed with fruit for a delicious smoothy. I was having trouble maintaining my weight, but using Rootana has stabilized that.

Hi, I have been using Rootana as a breakfast meal replacement for over six months. The only flavor I have tried is the dark chocolate, it taste great with no after taste. I have tried many other brands and Rootana is by far the best tasting in my opinion. This product has all real ingredients, and no artificial sweetener. I have lost some needed wieght and in my opinion my health has improved since using this product. I do like the subscription that is offered. I save some money and it automatically reorders for me. I did have an issue with my order, which was totally my fault. I contacted customer service and it was quickly taken care of. Cathy contacted me to ensure it was done and make sure everthing was good on my part. That speaks well for a company that has that kind of relations with its customers. In my opinion this company and product are both 5 stars.

I love Rootana! The taste is rich and silky smooth and there is no nasty after-taste bc there are no artificial sweeteners -- all ingredients are derived from nutritious, real food. So far I have tried the dark choc & the original flavors -- both are outstanding. I use oat milk & add either a half banana or frozen blueberries, which adds calories but fills me up for hours and tastes SO GOOD! A big bag is approx. half the price of Ka'Chava, and I think tastes much better -- based on other products in the market, I know I am getting a fair deal. Customer service is very responsive and accommodating; I made a change to my subscription (yes after one bag a went on a monthly subscription!) and they responded promptly and accepted my change without hassle. Trust me: Rootana is the real deal!

I have found Rootana to be the best tasting brand with the healthiest ingredients, and it mixes thoroughly with just a shaker. So far I have tried the Vanilla. Since I am adding frozen blueberries, I use a blender with half water/half almond milk. I am using it as my dinner replacement, and I am not hungry until the next morning. Also the company itself is a really easy and friendly company to deal with.

Tastes good but made me sick. And unfortunately unlike some other companies they only offer a refund if it isn’t opened. Kind of a red flag and should’ve never purchased. Only recommend if you are 100% sure you will like it and it’ll work well with your system…otherwise you are throwing money literally into the toilet.

Edit: No, I have zero intolerances, zero allergies and no health issues and I have never had an issue with other meal replacements or protein supplements. Kind of condescending to give the impression that the problem is with me instead of the product, yet you are the only one who benefits from creating that impression. Again, red flags. Nothing to discuss unless you all are offering a refund.

I struggle with keeping weight on due to ADHD medication and was looking for a meal supplement to drink to help with this. I've tried others and the horrible sweeteners really put me off and didn't agree with my digestion at all. I came across Rootana a few months ago and it's exactly what I wanted. No sweeteners, tastes good, has tonnes of nutrition, protein, fibre etc. I feel loads better since drinking it every morning with oat milk and frozen banana. It's massively helped my digestion and I have loads more energy in the morning. Massively recommended!

After one of my bags was damaged upon transit I must say the customer service was impeccable at a time when I needed it. Cathy made sure my replacement bag was with me in days even with a little good will gesture which I thought was nice considering was not Rootana’s fault my bag was damaged! On to the product. It was the second week of Ramadan so I was in need of something to aid with food intake as I find it difficult to eat food at 1/2/3 am. As a regular gym goer I always loose a stone during Ramadan however this year I lost the stone as usual but I look better than I have ever looked before during the month of Ramadan. Now onto the next chapter let’s see how it aids me upon my come back. 💪🏾 I’ll
