Happy and recommend
At first it took me a little bit of time to understand what the difference was between probiotics and postbiotics.
It's a complicated field but when I managed to get my head around it i was excited to try Root to see if there was a big difference.
Do far so good. I've been taking them for almost 8 weeks and I feel sharper and have been feel good regarding my stomach.
Happy to say that this brand is good and I recommend them to my friends and family all the time.

Recently purchased the gut reset plan from Root Biotics as I’ve been reading about how the gut is linked to our immune system and general.
I travel a lot for work and I used to regularly get run down after long trips however, since taking these capsules I feel much better post trip. I’m also more focused during work which is helping me with productivity.
Would recommend to anybody who has a similar problem.
