Just sold my flat through these guys and was really taken back. I’ve used so many different agents over my life and they always seem to be so reactive. Scott and Max were always there when I needed them and kept the sale moving right until completion. Can highly recommend Rooted for anyone looking to sell.

I had always been wary of estate agents because I have had bad experiences in the past. I was approached by Rooted when my place was on the market with another agent (struggling to sell). I could tell by their approach that they were different so I ended up going with them. I never leave reviews but the service I received was amazing and they were transparent and HONEST throughout the whole process. They found a great buyer and Scott and Max have been there every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble for them. I will only recommend Rooted to my friends and family now as they have completely restored my faith in estate agents!! Thank you so much!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The staff are honest and hardworking, and most importantly tell you what you NEED to hear under market conditions as opposed to what many estate agents tend to do, in telling you what you want to hear just to get you on board. After bouncing from estate agent to estate agent for 18 months we finally got our sale through rooted and their no nonsense honest approach. Highly recommended.

I recently sold my flat by Victoria Park with the Rooted team and was glad to have them by my side. Thankfully the flat sold on the first weekend but we soon ran into some trouble with the legals. I almost lost my onwards purchase (and my mind!) but then Scott and Max went above and beyond during quite a stressful patch.
