I respect that every person has the right to the freedom of speech as provided for under the United States Constitution, so that they can speak freely. However when free speech becomes defamatory, a response is necessary. I never represented this person and I believe that this is a gross abuse of the first amendment right to free speech, I vehemently dispute the allegations set forth herein as they are defamatory, inaccurate and unwarranted.
My advise is stay away
My advise is stay away! Incompetent office staff and poor legal counsel. Lawyers here constantly quit or are moved to different locations, miss filing documents, show up late for court appearances the list is long and not good. Wish I could say something positive but even asking for some
Case documents prove to be too difficult. Be aware!
