DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOTZ
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is my second complaint which echoes my first and other people's complaint that the product tastes like garbage, they don't honor the guarantee and never refund your money. Don't trust Harrison Levy, the owner? he assured me the subscription had been cancelled, I would not be charged and I would get my refund on subsequent sent products (after respectfully stating I didn't like the product and requested cancellation). None of which was true. Just received another charge today. Unfortunately, the vendor can charge unless you verbally tell your card company to block the vendor number.

Buyer beware.Just submitted to the BBB as well. Ordered Dec 7, now Jan 3. No product after being promised by owner that he would make sure it was shipped out prior to Christmas, which it was not. Have not had response in almost 2’weeks and all I wanted was the product. Now I want my money refunded. My bank will be receiving a call today as well since I had signed up for subscription and from other BBB complaints they say they will cancel subscription but continue charging.
Really bad customer service
I ordered a jar of the protein powder directly from the company (not from Amazon or other seller). It took about three weeks for me to actually get the product. I emailed them multiple times and NEVER got a response. The tracking information was garbage. There is NO PHONE NUMBER on their website which honestly should tell you something. I haven't even tried the product yet but I don't care how good it potentially is, I will NEVER give this company my money again.
I wanted to try their product and…
I wanted to try their product and bought 4 containers and thought I wanted a monthly subscription
The supplement does not taste as good as they say and tried to cancel my monthly subscription, many times and even got an email from their CEO(I think)
They said they would cancel my subscription and they processed payment instead
I am currently trying to cancel payment
Not happy
