I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered glass mugs and never received them. Here's tracking number doesn't work either. I will be now complaining to consumer code

I'm so sorry that there was a delay in shipping your order which ultimately led you to cancel your order. We did clearly state on the listing to allow 7-10 working days for it to be sent but I appreciate it went further than that.
Unfortunately, due to a system error with the overflow warehouse the order wasn't dispatched when it should have. This has now been resolved and preventative measures put in place to stop this from happening again.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

I perceived an issue with delivery but the customer care staff did brilliant in sorting it out for me and I received a quality item at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again.

My items came a few days after ordering, absolutely lovely products, unfortunately a bowl was damaged, I contacted customer service and within a few days I had a replacement thankyou, I will be ordering more stuff from roov lovely and reasonably priced

Great experience
I love this website, things are easy to find, the quality is great and the prices are even better. Would recommend this site as products are also despatched speedily. Great experience and that keeps me coming back.

I must say what a thoroughly great website this is firstly excellent customer service prompt service and delivery and quality is amazing and no returns which is unusual for me I purchased homeware and prices are very comparable to other sites

Poor customer care
I ordered six items. Only three arrived and it was two days before I got an email to say as much - no explanation + no indication when I might get the remaining three items.
I'm disappointed, Roov is usually much better than this.
