My order arrived really quickly, so I was very impressed with the dispatch time. Unfortunately, the wrong item had been sent, so I emailed the company, I had a very quick reply from the director who apologised, told me to keep the incorrect item free of charge and said that he would get the correct item sent out asap. Great customer service!

Really easy company to deal with direct. we bought a washing line from them after (dare I say a cheap amazon one broke with in a month).

There is a human at the end of the phone line to sort out your problem
It was very easy to place the order, communication was brilliant and the item arrived on time. What is unusual today is if you have a problem (purely of my own making, nothing to do with Rope Source) there is a telephone number and a human answers the call and sorts things out for you. Absolutely brilliant.
