I bought the editable Brazilian visa…

I bought the editable Brazilian visa but you didn't send me any file. I called support and they said we don't have this file. If you don't have it, why are you selling it? Are you a thief and a fraudster? I leave comments on all the sites that you are a fraudster and steal people's money.
