Do not order from them. 1 month and still haven’t received my order and customer service will not respond to my emails.

These reviews are exactly the same as NacyAlisa. From China. Same cheap rubbish. Nothing like the photos. Same problems sending back. Don’t purchase from these people. A very expensive mistake

Dear all,
I recently ordered 3 dresses to Rosamiss and I want to share my feedback and disappointment with further customers.
First, you will receive your order at least 4 weeks later (coming from China !!!)
Second, pictures on website are really nice, taken with appropriate light, and colors of dresses look vivid/bright. But once you receive the clothes, colors are dead and dresses look like having been washed 3 or 4 times.
Finally, if you want to return parcel (and this is my case), you are informed that you have to ship it back directly to the warehouse in China (shipping return fees at you expense), but there are many chance your parcel will never arrive at destination (200 meters South of the intersection of Xiangxing Road and Shajing Road, Shajing Street, Bao'an District - Shenzhen). This is the address, 200m from bla bla bla ..., incredible.
So, if you have issue with the parcel, then you have more issues in shipping back.

I believe everyone has to know about Rosamiss commercial model before ordering,this is clearly not the case when you place your order.

Just like all the other reviews DO NOT purchase from here! I wish I would have read the reviews first! The dresses do not look anything like their pictures. Material is cheap and poor quality! Now they are giving me the run around about refund!

I am not happy with the quality of the clothes that I received. I purchased 4 dresses and I expected the material of all these dresses to be better for what I paid for. I have purchased clothes from liligal and sheintrend clothing before and the difference in the material used is huge! I don't recommend this site at least not for dresses.

These reviews are true!!! I ordered 3 dresses and they feel like cheap sheets, nothing like the picture at all. I am in the process of getting my money back-do not order from this company!!!!!!

I saw this company on Pinterest and purchased 4 dresses. Biggest mistake of my life. I've received 3 and they are such poor quality I wouldn't give them to anyone to wear. I contacted them and was told that I would have to mail them back to China using my money and they would show them to a review board. What? Anyone can see how cheap the fabric is and what poor quality the stitching is. Please don't purchase ANYTHING from this company. It is a complete fraud. I've learned an expensive lesson and one I won't forget. Don't purchase anything on Pinterest and from China.

Total fraud. Ordered what I thought was a really cute dress. Took over a month to get here with no tracking available. I had ordered (according to their size chart) and XXL . Dress was a Small! Very cheap material. I have learned a good lesson and will never again order from a company advertised on Pinterest. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I kind of knew that ordering here may be a bad idea, but the dress looked very appealing to me on the picture. That's why I decided after deliberating to give it a chance and order the dress. It might have been a positive surprise. Well, it wasn't! The dress looks like scrap and is pictured on this website quite different.
So, I contacted the shop in order to get the return shipping address, which I didn''t get. They answered two times and tried to comfort me with a 10% discount on my next order (not in a 100 years!) before they stopped to reply at all.

This shop and it's pictures are total fake and this should be addressed to a greater extent. Cause you are confronted on Instagramm, Pinterest, etc. with advertisement of such doubtful shops like rosamiss. So don't believe just everything you see on the picture - it's like most pictures you see on Instagramm, inauthentic!

If I could give NO stars....I would. I ordered a dress and two pair of shoes ($100) that came 5 weeks later. When I received them, I discovered everything was defective and did not look like the quality as depicted in the picture. I requested a refund and the return address to send the items back they strung me along for a week, kept offering a 15% coupon and then a 15% discount, and then a 20% discount (where they finally provided a return address) to keep the items and give to a friend. I expressed that the items are unusable since one pair of shoes had crooked stitching, the other had one of the heels off centered. The dress didn't fit like the wrap dress it was marketed to be but more like a baby doll dress.

I filed a claim with my credit card company and they were unable to assist me because according to their return policy....which I could find no where on their website....everything had to be returned back to them in Shenzeng, China within 14 days. All the back and forth emails was a ploy to get me past the 14 day policy they used as evidence to get my credit card to allow the charge. Because of this policy, my credit card company would help me no further.

Steer clear of this company and all other China-based online companies that sell trendy-looking fashion and apparel (ie: RoseWe).

Very poor quality, no Hem, not really the dress shoot on the photo, size S turn into XXL.... Not Worthing the price at all.
And when you ask for a return they propose a discount !!!

I ordered a bed cover in beige and a white 1 turned up was then told that the 1 i ordered was yellow so I replied that a white 1 turned up they said that the lighting for the photo shoot was bad and wanted to give me a discount on my next purchase. I didn't want a discount I just wanted what I payed for not spend more money and still get the wrong item highly recommend not to buy from this store

I just bought eight dresses from Rosa Miss. I spent $385. USA dollars. The quality was so bad and the stitching is so sloppy. I tried to email the company to give me return instructions. If you bring up there return policy they give you 14 days to return your product. But good luck finding an address to send it back to. So I thought that the post master could help fine an address I could send it back to but because it came from China and no luck. One last thing, the fabric that you see in the picture. Is not what you get soooo bad polyester and really thin fabric. I will never get my money back!

hello all , iv bought a kingsize cashmere wool fleece blanket from this website i honestly didint expect it to be as poor quality as it turned up very thin maybe twice as thick as a bedding sheet i will admit it dose look lovely and nice to touch but very poor in quality not going to be warm in anyway be ok for summer maybe?? but not for winter, i was very excited to get it but was let down in a big way as soon as i opened it also it is no where near a kingsize bearly fit a queen size bed hope this helps people before they waste there money thank you.

This company is a fraud. I tried to cancel a order the day after it was placed because I read reviews online and every review was 1 star and explained how the clothes are nothing like the pictures they show online. Their website states you can cancel order prior to them being shipped. When I sent the email canceling the order I receive a email back from them the next day not acknowledging my cancelation email but instead informing me they shipped out my order...the day after I already sent in a cancelation, and that I could not cancel my order, they then emailed me back and said they did not receive my cancelation until the days after it was shipped which I forwarded them their email along with my original cancelation showing them that was not the case. This company is complete fraud and now I’m having to dispute the charges with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Never buy on this site. They don't respect their return policy.
The 4 dresses i have bought are too short. On the return policy, they mention " return are free of charge"
I don't accept to pay expensive fees to return items in China.

Do not buy from them. It is totally a scam. I got two dresses and they are nothing like the pictures. They come from China, so it takes 3 weeks to get here and the quality is comparable to the dollar store.

do not shop with them, they don't know the sizes, they don't have a good system of sizing.

I ordered a dress from Rosamiss. The dress looked cute on the went site. It said it was normally $80.00, now on sail $39.59. sounded like a great deal right? Wrong! It arrived in a reasonable time however, it was nothing like the picture. The dress was cheap fabric, shapeless and came with an ugly plastic belt.In addition I ordered a size 10 and it came as a large (too big). After reading the return policy I e mailed them to obtain an email address. The response I got was that the address would be in China and to mail it back would cost too much. Instead they want to offer me 15%off on my next purchase and I can keep the dress. (I don't want the dress) and there won't be another order.

Took four weeks for 2 of 3 shoes that I ordered to arrive. I still am missing one pair. No return policy on the website. I fear that I have been totally scammed by this company. Beware.
