The shacket is super cute but I was hoping it was a little thicker! The colors look just like they are in the picture and it was true to size!

Shipped faster than estimated. Fit was a little big.

WARNING! A scam. Dress unlike photos! China company. They invite to leave a review on website but negative review doesnt show up!

Received my order and all 5 items were poor quality and not like photos. Sent back to China for a return and refund on April 20th, had to pay an additional $47.40 for shipping (my refund would have been $104). Tracking # has shown the return package in China customs for months. Today I received the package back - Nov 1st. No refund, no reply from Roshic and now I’m out $104 plus the $47.40.

I ordered 2 elegant dresses that looked stunning in the pictures. What arrived was laughable! One dress had a cutout in the bodice (that was not shown on the website picture) and that was perfectly placed for my boob to pop right out, and the other was completely see through, with a WHITE slip that came to just above thigh level and was completely visible through the sheer dress material. Both dresses showed beautiful, fluffy poofs at the waist, but both arrived completely flat and very poorly made with a small pin provided to hold them on, which was completely ineffective.
I contacted the company to initiate the return process. The advised I would have to pay the shipping and international fees and that the products might not make it back and I would not receive a refund. They offered me $5 and keep the dresses, was this ok?!
I told them know, I paid over $100US and I wanted my money back. They said $15 was the most, was this ok?
By this point, I had read a few reviews for the company, which all seemed identical to my experience. This made me MAD! This company needs to be put out of business!!!
Fortunately, I paid for the dresses using my PayPal account. I began an investigation, sent pictures from the website and what I received, and PayPal was able to get back $90US for me! Thank you, PayPal and shame on you Roschic!

If there would be an option to offer zero stars, I would do it. The company is a complete scam. I ordered products for over $70. Both dresses arrived completely not wearable - cheap material and workmanship, holes and loose threads, far off the pictures advertised. I was offered $5 or return to China after several emails to customer service but still not provided with the actual return address. Stay away and don’t buy from them. Fraud and scam.

Sent my order but will not response to email for a return. Fabric is cheap and the sizes run extra small.

The Items I received are not as described. extremely poor quality, thin (see through), measurements are way off, including length. They will give a full refund, if I ship back at my own expense $200 or they offered me $8 just to keep the items. The items I purchase totaled $98.

Placed an order over a month ago. Did not recieve confirmation email, order number or tracking information. My card was charged the same day I placed an order. It’s been over a month now and have not received a single piece of information from the company.
Emailed costumer services and they are asking for my order number. How am I supposed to provide an order number when I never received confirmation email or any email with any kind of information regarding my order. It is a scam website.

I ordered a dress and a blouse a montha go states is processed yet no shipping or tracking info tried to reach out , and shopify keeps poping up saying this company id unable to be reached at this time . So after reading the other reviews , I wont get the dress in time for my event or if I do it wont be on time or in terrible quality .

I recommend that EVERYONE that is struggling to get their refund to write a negative review. I sent them 30+ emails over a span of 4 months, with hardly any response, a ton of back and forth but no refund. I wrote a negative review and FINALLY got my money back. SO, write a negative review if you want any hope of seeing the money that they owe you.

J’ai passé une commande 8 août ignorant les délais de livraison. Après avoir vu au bout de 4 jours que ma commande n’était pas traitée, j’en ai demandé l’annulation en envoyant un email au service client.
Il me l’ont quand même envoyée et je l’ai reçue le 26 août. La qualité est sincèrement médiocre et la taille s que j’ai demandée correspond à un L mal taillé.

Voici leur réponse à ma demande de remboursement et de retour :

Je ne recommande pas ce site. Je viens de perdre 100$ US en y achetant des vêtements qui ne valent même pas 10$.

It is a scam! CHEAP items- and although they claim to accept returns, they really don’t. Claim you have to return to China and offer you $6 on a hundred dollar purchase. Yep, I know, I was scammed. 🤬

This shop needs to be shut down.
Awful awful online shop. Bought a dress that looked beautiful in the photos and stated a zip back. Arrived with a tie back (can’t wear a bra with that) and awful sewing of the bodice area. Bought a second dress which was such bad material quality. I also paid an extra £10 for fast shipping, 5-10 days. It took 20!! Did not come in time for my event.
I wanted to send back, would have to pay more than the actual dress! They refunded me $5!! For my troubles.
Sh** show. Will I ever wear the dresses - probably not, have I lost out on £80 - yes!

27 days after placing order never got tracking number. I emailed them, much to my surprise a tracking number was send like 20 minutes later and the shipping company did not exist and the tracking number was fake. I put claim in to Paypal and got a refund

Delivery was fairly quick, the quality is excellent and the style is unique and beautiful. I received 4 compliments the first time I wore my set. Loved them so much I purchased another set of a different pattern and am looking forward to receiving my little bit of Italian style in Seattle.
