Ordered a stationery advent calendar that was advertised as personalised and coming from the UK. 6 weeks later, after tracking info that showed it actually came from the US via China, it arrived....with the wrong name on it. Absolutely of no use to me. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Stupidly ordered from them after seeing them on fb. Duh! I know, my bad. Never trusted fb before and can't explain why I did this time.
Anyway, ordered two book ornament advent calendars from them. Apparently it's taken 10 days for them to get from Colorado Springs to Minneapolis (by pack horse, I'm guessing). And has now spent three days in the 'customs of USA'. I strongly suspect this is bogus tracking info, a smoke screen from rumbling them. They have also taken more payment than was authorised. That's fraudulent and I've emailed them to that effect. Oddly, I've recieved an automated reply informing me that my package is 'in preparation'. Anyway, I'm currently in the process of trying to get my money back. I don't believe for one second these items will arrive. I'm fairly certain they have stolen images and used them fraudulently to con/scam people. I've reported them to fb but I wouldn't be surprised if they have several 'shop fronts' on that platform. Hopefully should be able to get a refund via the credit card company. But could do without the hassle and time wasted.

Bought a calendar ready for Christmas last month. First of all. They tried to charge me £35 instead of what it states £28.99.
Then after emailing and emailing they said it was in England. I’ve now got a new link with a different tracker on saying it’s in China. The company is a scam don’t use them!! You will never receive your parcel.

Absolute scam, same as all the others on Facebook links. They start off by offering good prices, and send you those prices on the confirmation emails. But if you actually check they'll have taken more from your bank account. Email to complain and they'll always use the same excuse 'it was an admin error'.
I attempted to cancel within 20 minutes of ordering, realising it was likely a scam, but was told it had already been dispatched... With their apologies. I then received the dispatch email 4 days later!
Numerous times I asked to cancel, or of updates, every time getting fake empathy and apologies but never any actual action. After it had apparently been in the UK, a few miles down the road for 2 weeks I asked for another update and also to cancel again. More apologies but still won't address my refund request.
It's been nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting. I started polite but I've tried being pushy, too. Now I'm involving my bank and the financial ombudsman as they clearly can't be trusted. I'm out of pocket over £80 and they're never going to refund me a penny.

Just another customer who got scammed by this appalling company.
Heard on "This Morning" that it was a scam. Unfortunately I had already bought 2 of these. I really should have known better. Stay well clear of this company guys, they are DESPICABLE! They are not even worth one star. They are the lowest of the low.

I agree with the poor reviews on here about this company. Sadly it really is not worth it how they treat customers, I ordered 2 of the stationery advent calendars, took weeks before I heard anything and that was only because I contacted them. Then they gave me the wrong tracking number when I finally got the correct one it was too late because the items had been returned. They are refusing to refund me, have offered to re deliver but at a cost to me, are saying that the only refund they will give me is less delivery charge and the cost to them of the goods. Because they say the goods will not be returned to them. I mean why not? Plus that isn’t my problem. Then they said this is the best option, best for who exactly? Certainly not me. So it looks like I will be out of pocket by over £56 when they didn’t give the correct tracking number. I think it is also very misleading that they say they are a Uk company and don’t mention anything about the goods coming from china, then to America and finally the UK!! Avoid this company they are robbing you and a complete scam. I only wish I had read the reviews before and not been taken in by their advertising on instagram portraying a very British Company, with excellent service and quality products. SCAM !! Please read the negative reviews in my case I can say it is completely accurate and because others like mine are on here too, we can’t all be wrong.

Ordered a stationery advent calendar costing £28 including postage as it seemed a lovely gift for my daughter. Took 5 weeks to come from America (I had no idea it wasn’t a UK company at point of ordering and had almost given up hope and had reported to Klarna.

Then it arrived. What a load of rubbish. The contents were not worth even £5 in total. I have had better items from a box of budget Christmas crackers. We had to laugh as knew we’d been had and we thought we were brighter than that. You live and learn don’t you! Steer clear of this despicable con merchant.

Bought 6 x 24 days of stationary (which wasn't cheap). waited over a month for only 3 to turn up all damaged in transit. have emailed Rosea support with no reply. Absolute rubbish do not but.

Absolute scam, ordered online, was not dispatched, chased and got nothing back so raised a PayPal case and all of a sudden it was sent, 3 weeks later it’s showing as delivered but it definitely hasn’t been delivered here. Paypal don’t care as they’ve falsified the tracking somehow so I’m £30 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Don’t touch them they are con artists.

I ordered the stationary advent calender for myself and my sister on the 11 October and it only arrived on 16 November. Half the package was squashed meaning both of the calenders were damaged and when I checked the contents of the little packets of the days I found most did not match the beautiful descriptions on the website, also it was not personalised which had been part of the draw for me.

Absolute rubbish! I have waited for over a month and there is nothing good in there. I bought this for my mum for advent as she loves stationary and now my surprise is ruined. They also wouldn’t let me personalise it and so now my mum will have to be called Francesca, I’m sure she won’t mind. Also it was a co.uk web address and then was tracking from America and then after messaging them to find out where it is they said it was coming from China! Please do not buy from this company it is a massive con

Absolute junk - the stationery advent calendar has literally no stationery in it. A load of junk…. I got excited by the pens but then realised they were fountain pens with no ink!
Please do not buy this ….it is an absolute scam. Completely misleading.

Your item will not be delivered and you will lose your money. It's as simple as that.

Scam. Bought a stationery advent calendar which turned out to be a rip-off. Not sure who I could send the Christmas card that was printed upside down and didn't have an envelope.

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. I bought the advent 24 days of stationary only to realise that it's a fraud and scam. What came is so cheap, tacky and unusable.

the stuff is cheaply made & not worth the prices advertise & waited 3 months for the rubbish .Do yourself a favour don’t buy from this company

I ordered two advent calendars. One is damaged beyond use. The items in the calendars are not as publicised and are deeply underwhelming. This company offered me £7 compensation. This is a classic scam and I am ashamed that I have been caught-out. Please do not buy from them.

The item took over 4 weeks to get here, with me constantly chasing them for updates, which they provided, but at first it was coming from America and then arrived in the UK. After it had been in the UK for 4 days I asked for another update, this time they sent me tracking details saying the item started from China and was still there. When it finally arrived, complete waste of money, full of book marks
