Wonderful people and experience

My entire experience of Rosebery's and the team has been really wonderful. Such kind and caring people who deal with everything with professionalism and great experience. I could not recommend any company higher. Thank you so much to Peter, Charles and Elizabeth for being so kind and thoughtful throughout the process.

Nicole Schembre

Nicole Schembre, who dealt with my sale, was, faultless, kind, accommodation and extremely helpful.

I have never auctioned before and would not look anywhere else if the opportunity arose again.

Paid 540 pound for nothing

I paid pound 540 for storrage
of a piece of Tracy Emin that was
sold a second time.
They kept my money for storrage
of a 35x30 cm piece for less than a
month.
I was promissed by a senior staff
to get an answer but have not
heard anything and its now months
ago.

Have at last received a somewhat
weak answer that I dont understand.
They sold the item a month later at
a 24% higher Price and got 26%
premium twice and kept my 540
pound for 26 days storrage.
From Roseberys website it is max.
70-85 pound.
I am not in a position to get any
money back is my only answer after
many months of concideration from
very senior staff.

Dear Mr Bertelsen
This issue has been discussed at length. You agreed to the charge and that it would be waived if you completed the purchase of the Lot you won at Auction. You didn't pay for the Lot as you promised and consequently the charge has remained.
Kind regards

We do carry out checks on bidders using this to ensure legitimacy but we cannot see your name on our list, please could you send your email to bengriffiths@roseberys.co.uk so I can investigate what has happened?

Never heard from them

I submitted an item for valuation and sale using their guest account facility, I got an automated email acknowledgement with no reference number. Then nothing, after a month no news.

After my review a senior manager contacted me and I received excellent service.
