False advertising - goods look nothing like what is advertised. Delivery took > 4 weeks. False refund policy - cannot return to UK address must post back to China. Refuse to refund - only offer store credit and as they cannot be trusted there is no point ordering something else. I basically lost all my money. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs!
False advertising, false refund policy. I do not recommend this company. I bought a dress online that arrived with loose stitching, poor quality fabric and half a slip - so not as described in the pictures. Their website shows a London address to return items for a refund but asks to contact them first. I did this and they told me I can get a 10% refund for it or take store credit without returning the dress. When I pushed the matter 3 times, they offered an address in China that I could send the dress back to. The postage would cost almost as much as the dress. They refuse to follow their own refund policy and have now stopped contact.
