The worst quality items, then they supply an incorrect returns address. Now I am being told it’s a post office issue. Typical far east cheap quality company posing with a uk advertisement. Avoid at all cost

Poor quality clothes, nothing like they look in the adverts. Company misrepresented as uk based but clothes are cheap imports from Asia.
Not helpful responses. Only partial refund available or pay to ship back.
Goods will be donated to Charity Shop!

Buyer be very careful. This is advertised as a London based enterprise when in fact anything ordered comes from China. If goods need to be returned, they can only be returned to China at your own cost. Anonymous, time delaying messages are sent if buyer asks any questions regarding their purchase. Goods are mis represented on the site. Buy at your own peril!

Fraudulent site. Pretends to be a Uk site and the item you receive bears no resemblance whatsoever to the item advertised. Cheap thin felt fabric and unfinished edges. Great as a dishcloth but nothing more!

Ordered a jacket, thinking this was a Legit UK based company ( so annoyed I didn’t do more research) . The item I ordered took over two week to arrive as all the clothes actually come from China. So this is another China based company which sends out cheap quality clothing making it virtually impossible to return the goods as you have to return them to Asia (bearing the return postage yourself!! ) DONT BOTHER ordering from this company, you will be wasting your money and very disappointed with the cheap quality clothing .

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. I ordered a swim suit and was told it would take 5-7 days to get in. I paid for expedited shipping and still didn't get my package until a month later. Upon arrival, the bottoms and the top were too big. Not only were they the wrong size, the top had plastic coming out of the side underneath the armpit; it was poking out and sharp, scratching my skin. The top also had extra material coming out of the front that was a different color and shouldn't have been there. When I asked for a full refund ($19.99 - didn't ask for the extra $8 for the expedited shipping), they emailed me back stating that they could only give me $5 refund maximum and I could keep the suit. I didn't want it and didn't except that offer. They then said they could only do $8 maximum. I said no again and they said that they could give me a full refund but I had to pay full costs for shipping - which was over $10 itself. They refused to send a shipping label so that I didn't have to pay. Will never shop here again. I have never written a review before but I was so angry with this company I had to.

I wish there was a choice for no star. This is a China based company that takes your money and you NEVER RECEIVE your merchandise. HORRIBLE experience. Total SCAM!!!!

This company has stolen photos and designs from other companies! Nothing they show online is their actual owned product - I know because I went to order a swim top on their site but remember seeing an ad for the same swim top on another site. Come to find out that dmfashion.com owned that photo and that swimsuit top and designed it and manuf. themselves. I am disgusted with this website and how dishonest they are! I emailed dmfashion and told them and they immediately sent their attorneys after them! Do not support a CHINA company that only wants to scam you in pretending they are providing a swimsuit to you that they don't even own! So disgusting! BUYER BE WARE!

Got my order in 8 days. I ordered from this place and looked at the reviews afterwards. Not very smart I know. Once I read the reviews I was scared that I'd never receive my order, it would take forever or that it would come and the product would suck. But none of that was true for me. I never got a confirmation so I emailed them my order number and asked for tracking info. They took about a day to respond. Which I think is fair time considering all things. They sent me the tracking info and 7 days later I got my package and everything looks great. So I'm a happy camper!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid extra for shipping to get my order in 5-7 business days. It has been 14 business days and I have had to repeatedly contact their (very poor) customer service in order to get an answer as to where my package was. When I mentioned a refund on the money spent on expedited shipping, I was ignored. When I asked for a tracking number (a solid 6 times) I was provided with someone else's that included their HOME ADDRESS.... how dangerous!!?? I placed my order with this (horrible) company July 5th and according to “my” tracking number, my package was delivered June 22nd. LOL that physically doesn’t make sense. I was never able to get any clear answers / communication with this company. The whole time it seemed like a scam. It probably still is a scam being as I haven’t received my package yet. save yourself the frustration and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

ok my sister ordered from them right as quarantine began, and seeing as they are in china and coronavirus stopped a lot of shipping from happening, she figured she would have to wait a while for her swimsuits, but low and behold they arrived about a month later. they were a little small on her so she gave them to me and i absolutely love these swimsuits, material could be better, but they hold up in the water. i’ve worn them in pools and lakes and they have held up so far

I too never received my order (placed 4 months ago). They send out false tracking numbers as well so don’t get your hopes up when you reach out and they provide tracking info. I opened a case with paypal to get refunded and they denied my claim because Rosely sent them the false tracking which said my order was delivered, which it NEVER WAS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I will never be ordering anything from this place ever again. I ordered a suit over a month ago and I have no idea where it is. I literally had to email them asking them to ship my suit then they FINALLY did. But I still have not received it and I honestly don’t know if I ever will. Their tracking information is BS too and they can’t promise when your items will be shipped or exactly where they’re at. Please save your time and money because there’s no guarantee for anything.

I see the bad reviews on here but I ordered and it was here within 3 weeks!!! I like my dressed A Lot. I'm 5'7 and forty so I was worried that it would be too short but they are perfect❤❤❤

I purchased a swimming suit over 3 weeks ago. I never received tracking info. It was finally delivered Friday.... the wrong damn color!!?! First off that color wasn’t even an option. I ordered brown leopard print & received orange leopard print. I contacted them by email & was offered to Keep the swim suit and they could refund me $8.... what the hell kind of customer service is that? I asked if I could just get the color I ordered.... they responded something crazy that the person that takes the photo could’ve had bad lighting.... I want a refund. But after reading everyone’s reviews (now that it’s too late) I highly doubt I’ll successfully get it.

Awful company. Bathing suits never came two months later. Gave me a fake tracking number. Deleted my email and order number from their website. Awful customer service. Do not buy from this website. Total fraud.

Every single one of the reviews are the same “compliments” it’s so sad when a company writes reviews for products, it’s blatantly obvious. I’m so frustrated I didn’t do more research before ordering. I spent a lot of money, they blocked me on everything. It’s not right. How can you do this to people and be OK with it?!?! I’m really upset and just disappointed in the people stealing thousands

Placed an order in April and never received the order. They refuse to refund my money after three requests. Complete scam. Watch out for this company.

I ordered my swimsuit about a month ago and still, nothing has come in the mail! I emailed customer service and they didn't help whatsoever. The email I used to order it was also deleted so I can't get to my tracking! I was also never sent a tracking ID to track my swimsuit, total scam!!!

It took awhile for my clothes to come in and the tracking number they gave me seemed fake and had no shipping updates attached to it. I emailed their customer service and they got back to me in less than a day. When my swim suits came in they were a really good quality and material
