Hello. So I did some research for a good while and many people recommended RosemaryDoll, so I went ahead and made my first purchase from their company. I did receive the genuine product, not a imitation. There were two of their employees Candy and Raven who were very patient answering my questions and concerns. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and shopping experience with them. If I ever buy another one, it will definitely be with them.

Had a great first Doll purchase experience with rosemary. The Lay away plan was very convenient, customer support, was top notch answering all my questions, and doing a great Job checking in on me aftersale. Can't imagine buying a Doll from anyone else.

Very high quality. If adding soft body and soft butt will be better. Also give picture or description of plant hair and detached hair would be better. Currently regretting not chosen plant hair option

I think my only concern was the lack of padding material within the crate to help protect the doll during shipping.

Rosemary support was always willing to assist thru out the buying process - answering questions, helping with my special requests and following up after purchase - all despite time differences.

Doll was absolutely gorgeous and lifelike with softness in all the right places. I'm very happy with her, and with the sales, packing, and shipping services of RosemaryDoll. Two constructive criticisms, however: (1) the included wig was awful. It shed like crazy. I would rather not have had a wig at all than that wig. (2) Dolls' fingers really need to be made of harder silicone or have more protection or something. Despite having articulated fingers instead of wire fingers, the hard parts almost immediately began poking through the soft silicone of the fingers.

Sholto was quick to respond to my emails, and was helpful. I received my doll in perfect condition, which is amazing considering how far she travelled. If I have an opportunity to purchase another, I'll definitely use Rosemarydoll again.

Great product, great follow-up and email correspondence by vendor. Timely updates and proactive troubleshooting by vendor. Great after-sale service. RosemaryDoll is a top-drawer vendor of genuine brands. Great Xmas sale incentives. Overall, friendly and conscientious service.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, this is honestly my first time ordering a companion doll. So I really had no clue what I was doing originally..especially since what I wanted was so specific.

But when I got in contact with the staff at Rosemary, everything went by smooth. They communicated about my request, my customization. Where very kind, prompt. Guided me through the process. I ended up using the Layaway System, which was very easy to use, had no issues there. But again, my payment was updated very promptly as well as the remaining total left.

The only issue was literally on MY behalf. I hadn't realized that because the people here are so dang nice. They were sending me update photos of the progress on my doll...I didn't check for those. I would just see a email and respond...I didn't check the images. So that was absolutely MY FAULT. That also just again shows how good the customer service is and how dumb I am. But yes, progress images are given.

All together I'd say it took about 3months..maybe a bit under 3monthes from ordering to receiving the doll. I again did have a custom order. I also ordered during the holidays. Shipping itself was through FedEX, I was told it would take about 14days. But from me it only took about 9, I am in Las Vegas, NV USA.

Great experience, when I am ready for my 2nd companion doll, I will absolutly go through Rosemary Again.

Also join their Discord, its full of absolutely sweet and wonderful members. They will answer your questions. Rosemary Staff is active in there. You get to see all their new products and again if you are new to dolls like me, they're absolutely people in there who will answer all your questions..no matter how dumb. Also very friendly and open. I was scared because I am a man who ordered a male doll and didn't want to be discriminated against..so was quite shy. But no..people in there were super friendly and sweet about it.

Rosemary Doll has been a pleasure to work with! Communication with my order was great. The website has decent deals most of the time. And they have a pretty cool community forum to talk to others about dolls. I definitely recommend them as a doll vendor.

Company has excellent customer service. There initially was an issue with product I ordered as they ran out in inventory, but the customer rep was very helpful and responsive. The customer rep was able to direct me to a simlar product and am a satisfied customer. Would purchase from this company again.

They started to work with me on a solution issue I had but then became completely unresponsive and have since then continued to ignore all my attempts to contact management. I essentially paid 1200 dollars for a dust collector sitting inside box it shipped in bc it’s completely useless unless you enjoy being in pain end hsvjng bruises on your groin area. I am working on my report to attorney generals office now. Do not buy from here especially the ZELEX brand.
