Misinformation on Shipping & Tariffs
The company warns about tariff costs on their website, but they don't make clear that their clothing is made in China. As a result, the US tariffs applied are not based on Denmark but on China and are exorbitant. It's unfortunate because I own a few items and wanted to replace them, but they're now entirely out of a reasonable price range, so now I'm out hundreds of Euros.

Customer service unsatisfactory
Ordered a cardigan on a weekday evening and tried to change the size via customer service shortly afterwards. Order change was not possible anymore despite the product not being shipped yet. I would have to send it back (10€) and order again (another 10€) without customer accomodation of any kind. Will not order again directly from their website. The product was nice though, but sizing is not correct and customer service not very forthcoming.

Order was fine
Everything was fine and the order was here very quick and fully to my satisfaction. .
I only rate 4 stars, because I asked for a new password (don´t know, why the first one didn´t work anymore), that didnt come - even after the second request, and I don´t like the policy, that if one has to send back it has to be paid - very high. It´s not in service included as with other companys.
But still I´m very happy with the two swaters. Thank you.

Very bad experience
On 13. of february I got 2 items I didn't order! I wrote to "Rosemunde" and begged for a label to sent the package back. In the mail I begged also to sent me the right items I ordered. I wrote annother E- Mailand asked, why nobody answeres. But still I didn't get an answer!!! This is a very bad experience!
