I ordered the LUMI laser and the 4D Shaver combo pack to help my disabled daughter with her personal care. The products work very well, exactly how they advertise. However both did malfunction about 6-7 mths after purchase. Having said that, the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure replacement of both items promptly, professionally and with kindness. They are very easy to get a hold of and response is quick. I would not hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend them!! It is a great product that works! Using it was both painless and time efficient.
I was sceptical during the first few weeks thinking that it was not working. However as I patiently continued onward to week 7-8 and even 9, I started noticing my hair growth reducing and even disappearing in some areas. Ending the marketed time line of 12 weeks, I was not disappointed.
My skin is smoother longer and on most places the hair growth is nil and in some just longer to regrow.
I highly recommend this product!

The people working here are amazing! I had put the wrong shipping address in and I saw it after I made the order. I emailed them and they got back to me first thing the next morning! They were so understanding and helpful, I honestly would recommend these people to anyone. The shipping is what it says it is on their site, and I think mine would have probably come sooner if I didn't mess up my address. 10/10!

I purchased a Lumi hair laser hair removal unit. The cost was $229.11. It took several weeks to receive the order. When I finally did arrive I read the directions twice and watched the video on YouTube to be sure I was using it correctly. But sadly the unit didn’t work properly. It would stop after 4 to 8 pulses and I would have to turn it off and back on for it to work again.
I contacted the company. They asked me to video it working. I explained I have an injured hand and could either work the unit or the phone, not both. They emailed back to have someone video it for me. No I live alone, recently relocated to a new town. I clearly explained what the unit is doing.
The emails went back and forth. They kept trying to get me to video me using the unit which I honestly am not physically able to do. I have nerve damage from torn ligaments in the left hand, my dominant hand. It’s got a brace.
Finally they agreed to give me a “full refund” $147.79. It cost me $81.32 to get a broken unit! So much for a full refund!

I have just received and started using my second Lumi. Why do I have 2? Well, I don't. I loved my first Lumi so much and was so pleased with the results that I lent it to my daughter, who loved it just as much as I did and never gave it back! I let her keep it and ordered a second one for myself.
It takes a bit of time to see results, but the wait is definitely worth it. Skin is smooth and I can skip the daily shaving and still feel confident in my summer shorts and dresses.
Follow the instructions, be patient, and you'll see amazing results!

As others have noted, I am the perfect candidate for this product. I have very fair skin and dark facial hair. I followed the instructions exactly as written, shaving instead of my typical plucking on my chin. The shaving has increased my hair growth, which has turned into a daily need now. I understand that this doesn't work for everyone but I expected more.

While the Lumi IPL was not effective for my hair color/skin color combo (brown and fair), I could not be happier with how well the customer service staff treated me. They offered me an extra month to continue testing the product, coached me on how to get better results, advised on eye protection, and when nothing improved the outcomes, promptly offered me a refund. Very quick to respond. Very clear. Very helpful.
I bought this as a gift to myself and it surely is! I've been using it once a week for nine weeks so far and the hair on my legs is practically gone. The hair in my pits is significantly less. It takes me about an hour to treat legs and pits, but it is soooo worth it. This summer is going to be awesome not having to shave every couple of days. My only regret is I didn't do this when I was younger.
