Roseta has enabled us to streamline our order system and save time on what was previously a long and painful sales order process. As an E-cigarette shop, Volo automatically puts all our orders on ‘hold’ until the consumer has passed a 'Verify My Age’ (VMA) test. Roseta developed an integration that updates Volo once the VMA test is complete. I am using the Etsy Integration with Khaos Control Cloud and it works really well. The staff are very helpful with setting up the integration which was a big time saver.
the API link between EposNow and Volo origin works well, the only reason I have it 4 stars was that it is not able to post returned stock back into Volo, I have to do that manually, I was not prepared to pay an additional fee for this function.
