Not As Pictured/ No refund
Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, the sleeves were supposed to be 3/4 length. They were 2 feet 3 inches long!!! The sleeves go 3 inches PAST my fingertips. I need the dress so I will alter one but I keep trying to return the other. They offer $5 and keep the item. Several e-mails back and forth and no resolution. Buyer beware!!

Don't expect any refunds. Most ridiculous customer services - I've been asking for the returns address as the items I received don't fit and I don't wish to keep them. I have emailed back & forth over 25 times, and each time they give another heavily-scripted answer of why I should keep them, not return them, give them to a friend etc etc, rather than actually giving me the returns address. Completely against the Consumer Contracts regulations and most frustrating experience ever. Will not be using them again.
