Pre booked taxi for a hospital appointment. Taxi over 30 mins late. Was called and told driver was dropping someone off nearby and would be 5 mins. App said longer. I queried it and was told the first driver had a problem and the job had to be reassigned. No one informed me. The weather icy but come on! The people reassigning the jobs need to do better. I made it very luckily as I allowed lots of time but arrived only in the nick of time!

As per usual I ordered a taxi before I left the station. When I called to find out what car to look for I was told a blue toyota, which would be with me in two minutes. I called the answering service multiple times to be told a blue will be with you in two minutes. 25 minutes I'm still standing there with my child and the message has changed to a white toyota. When I called to speak to an opperator and find out what had happened to my blue car, instead of telling me the truth the operator chose to gaslight me and tell me there had never been a blue car send and I was wrong. When I said I had two different text messages he again said I was misstaken and my car was white a blue car had never been sent to me. It's not the first time my car has been given to someone else but it is the first time they've gaslit me. Never again.
