I was treated like a piece of dirt by a female Manager at the Chancery Rosewood Hotel Mayfair she sent one of the Doorman over after I finished my coffee talking to people who are my friends for over 10 years who are management of the Chiltern Firehouse and I have been going to the Chiltern Firehouse since day one of opening I eat their most days of the year because I’m disabled I don’t eat there at the moment because of the fire they had and today I bumped into my friends management and staff who were outside the chancery Hotel having dinner I had a coffee with them but I was sitting on my Mobility Scooter because I could not get round to join them then all of a sudden this chap who works on the side of the Door was told to come over and asked me to move away from the area because it’s not making the Hotel look good I was disgusted but he was told to say this by a female manager she had no right to send him over. I had to remind him to go back to her and tell her this 4 court area is a public 4 court and I can sit here if I want to in my Mobility Scooter and chat to my friends. I said you have no right to ask me to move and she has no right to ask you she should be disgraced with what she said. It’s appalling. It’s a bad attitude of a manager to say that to somebody you do not treat disabled people like that in any way whatsoever I have a problem standing I fall over all the time that’s why I sit in my Mobility Scooter I have been treated with the greatest respect at the Chiltern Firehouse for 12 years and early since it opened they have never once treated me bad at all neither as the Dorchester neither as the Mayfair Hotel and other hotels but this hotel I’m appalled with this. I’m a member of a website with over 500,000 people I help manage the site on how we get treated by stores. I’ve never had one complaint regarding a hotel until it came to me today. I will be putting this on the site. I will never trust the chance of Chancery rosewood hotel I am disgusted with the Female management behaviour towards disabled people. I will be putting a complaint in to Westminster city Disabled rights regarding this matter. She doesn’t know what I recorded the guy as well he was not out of order. The guy he was only told to say what he told me she should not have told him at all. I am also a Photo journalist for the national newspapers for 42 years and this behaviour I will not pull up with. Been Disabled is not nice and to be treated in a bad way by management is appalling if you are Disabled I recommend you do not go to this hotel because of the way they treat disabled people and I mean this on my heart this is not the last of this Hotel heard of me my name is Dennis Gill 07483235553
