I was really impressed with this company. Professional and efficient and very reasonably priced. My report was issued quickly by James the surveyor who was also happy to talk me through the report. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

Really brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional. Amy who took my referral really supported me in my understanding of the different surveys and how they would benefit which helped me to make an informed decision. The survey report itself was analytical and very thorough that also included photographs. Comprehensive and fairly easy to read. Where there was technical jargon, there was a separate link to read more into this. Our survey highlighted a major issue which, without this, we would never have been aware of and we immediately brought this to the attention of our solicitor who is resolving this with the seller as we speak! Would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Rosewood surveyors. James carried out a level 3 building survey on a property we are purchasing. The whole process only took a week, including a feedback telephone call to clarify issues raise by the 100 page survey. He was able to explain the jargon and allay some of our fears. Efficient admin, provided by Amy, helped to smooth the way at what is a stressful time. Excellent teamwork and reasonable costs, thank you.

We reached out to Rosewood after being let down by another surveyor who wasted our time, and we were very grateful for their quick turnaround, sending us an in-depth and honest report within days. The report highlighted potential issues, but also put our minds at ease regarding other aspects, and helped us understand the risks when buying an older property.
