they don’t keep to their word and aren’t that great generally.
The order took along time to arrive which may have been due to the virus but the customer service assisting me with this was terrible.
The worst part Though was I bought skin tag product that offered a money back guarantee. If the product worked I would have very happily bought more for my Unwanted skin tags.
I asked for a refund and I was given directions on how to use the product - I replied to say that Is how I used them they haven’t worked so I want a refund as stated on their websites.
They told me it doesn’t work for everyone. I reminded them they offered A money back guarantee at the time of purchase and that is what I want as I’m not satisfied with the product as it made zero improvement on my skin tags.
They got back to me again and said that as I bought it at a sale price I can’t have a refund.
This translates to - we know we offered you a refund if The product Doesn’t work at the time you purchased the product, but we don’t really care if it doesn’t work for you and we are not giving you your money back in any situation even though we stated we would when you handed over your hard earned dollar,
