Not even worth one star. Do not buy from this company. Shocking experience, returns have to be sent to Asia which costs £20, they then refuse to accept your proof of postage. Check the reviews before you waste your money.

I am so upset I didn’t verify this company before purchase , bad quality , took more than a month , still incomplete , bad customer service, they don’t offer a refund they offer you vouchers which I didn’t want it. Never again !!!!!

Iwouldn't even give 1 star but wouldn't let me proceed without. Poor quality. Nothing like the pictures. Took ages to come then had to fight to get a refund after a whole lot of stress. Still not rectified!

I made an order of 4 dresses to a UK company. The shipment clearly came from China. The fabrics were horrible and 2 of the dresses simply did not fit. I was allowed to return them only if I paid the shipment back to China! This is a complete rip off. The products look great on the website - do not be fooled!

As others have said… SCAM . I bought 2 dresses. Arrived 3 weeks later and are nothing like the images shown on website…..cheap tat…. these individuals are posing they are in London UK . But nope they are in Asia. Trying to return is a joke. There is no address to return to. I have asked 3 times for the address…. Still waiting….. I am going to try and get charge back on my Visa card …

Total SCAM - item I ordered was Laura | Bohemian Multicolour Hoodie it wasn't at all what it was depicted as - I had to wait 2 wks for it to come from China - it was made from that awful shiny polyester material had no internal labelling at all other than itd size label - how they can state it was originally £200 worth dropped down to £39.99 I honestly don't know - do yourself a favour & steer clear of buying from this scam of a site - no return address or returns policy included - It was even addressed incorrectly to me !!! Do yourself a favour & AVOID AT ALL COST

Unfortunately poor service , ordered my item to have to wait until it came from china , before ordering I checked reviews and about them not once did I believe my item was coming from china ! The item arrived completely not what I ordered , to be then told no returns policy I would have to send back to Asia !!! The jumper now resides in the bin and wasted my money !

i bought what was described at a soft knit cardigan - I received a polyester and spandex monstrosity - nothing like the picture. I contacted them and was told I had to pay to return it to China for them to look at see if they agreed with the problem. Honestly - I sent pictures to my family members - they all agreed it wasn’t even the same garment. I complained many times to the company to be eventually offered a 35% refund. After many emails I did not feel I could trust them to take up this offer How do these companies get away with blatant lies, fraud, scams and anything else you would like to call it. Please do not buy from them - you will be disappointed, left with an unwearable garment that I wouldn’t even give to the charity shop and out of pocket! Shame there isn’t a way I can post pictures - then you would really be able to see what they are trying to pass off as actual garments!!!!!

Order took weeks to arrive. Item was nothing like seen on website. Wrong colour. Wrong material. Returns policy very difficult to find. Do not answer emails. I would advise do not order from this site.

Scammed. Dress was cheap, small and I understood it was from the UK. Advised if returning it should go to Asia and I would be responsible for cost, alternatively keep the purchase and get a whole 10

I'm another who fell for this, thinking I was buying from a reputable UK company; wish I'd come here first.
Very poor quality dress which took weeks to arrive. I have asked for a full refund, and am prepared to send back to Asia as it actually doesn't have to cost a lot of money; I'd rather get something back than nothing, and also left with what is essentially a useless garment.
I wish I could attach photos so you could see just how appalling the difference is between what they're selling on their website and what they're sending out!

I ordered four items of clothing early December. They arrived eventually after three weeks….I thought I’d been scammed by then. The items are of poor quality material and not at all like the photos of the garments on the site. I too thought I was buying from a quality London shop where they sold expensive quality clothing. I requested a return and as others told I would have to pay for the return to Asia. I’ve been offered 10% refund to keep the items, but they are not wearable they are so bad! I will keep trying for a refund but don’t hold out for much hope. Lesson sadly learned!!! SCAM! Don’t waste you money.

They bought it from TEMU. And sell it to you at twice the price.

Absolute joke, the dress received was just awful, looked like a five year old on a toy sewing machine made it and the material was cheap and nasty.

The dress was sent from China so by the time it was received the 30 day return option invalid. Don't be fooled by the UK or London in the business name like I was, read the very small print.

I tried to contact them but to no avail so complete waste of time and money.

Please don’t order from them, I ordered a dress mid November it said it would arrive between 6-9 days , it came 18th December, it came from Asia not London as they suggest, the material is cheap , i ordered a sizzle 10 it’s massive , no shape to it what so ever, the button holes are not in line nor are the pockets and as this is the main feature of the blazer dress, it’s looks dreadful, I paid £43.00 for nothing more than a rag !!! Very disappointed
I contacted them via email and told them the dress is not fit for purpose, they replied saying I can return it back to Asia but they don’t cover the returns even though it’s faulty
I have been offered 10% off but it’s not fit for purpose so why would i want that !!
Not sure how much it’s going to cost me to send it back to Asia either !!!

Ordered a dress 2 weeks ago, everything was perfect, except the sizing as I mistakenly went for a size down. Suprisingly, customer service offered me a new size with only a few shipping fees and I also kept the existing item. Overall, happy with the quality and the kind support.

Well I've been well and truly caught with this one :( I ordered a dress on 9th Dec, thinking it was a London based shop. The tracking notice advised that my dress was 'on its way' on 12th December. It is now 17th December and.......NOTHING! No delivery, no updates. Wish I'd checked with Trust Pilot before placing my order. Lesson learnt!!

I have been sucked in by Rosie and Lily. Bought 2 dresses. The delivery was shocking. The dresses were poor quality, stitching apauling, material bad quality, sizeing incorrect and not true to description. I though this was a London based company but returns have to be sent to China. On package return address Edward unit 5 Trident Way, International trading estate Southall London UB2 5LF. I also ordered some riding boots design from Montford&co. They were not true to size, 6/39. But I couldn't get them on. More like a 4.5/5.
Same returns address on package.
What a SCAM. who is this Edward. He has really spoilt my day, and I gave nothing to wear to the 1 party I needed to feel great. Think I will stay in now Ive been ripped off. Trading standards please do something about this.
