AWFUL! We received the wrong dress and requested a refund and return label. They keep offering partial refunds and to keep the hideous, wrong dress sent. When they did offer a full refund they expected us to pay international shipping to return the wrong dress. In addition, a huge RED FLAG I noticed afterwards is that taxes were not charged.
