Disgusted with the whole RosieLondon experience

Scam, scam, scam. Looks good at first then, it suddenly hits you... they are not in London at all products are all from Asia. The cheapest materials, not in anyway shape or form the product you think your going to get. They dont reply to emails. Shocking they can get away with this tbh.

Very poor quality

The dress I ordered is very poor quality, not something that anyone could wear. Everything about the dress, fabric, stitching, finishing is very poor quality. Be warned.

Absolute scam company!!!

Absolute scam company!!!
Do not waste your money…ordered two pairs of boots that were advertised as ‘Premium leather’ and handcrafted. They said they were closing down their London Store and had a 70% off clearance sale.
The boots arrived and are clearly not the the boots in the photo on their advert…they are a cheap plastic were dented and creased without the laces even in them.
They have agreed to take them back if I pay for the postage to China…(obviously no London Store just a scam story) postage is almost what I paid for the boots and they will not accept any responsibility for the return cost, or explain why they’re selling plastic boots as leather.
AVOID!!!! At all costs….i wish I had looked up their reviews before buying!

Save your money

Save your money. I ordered four pairs of shoes and the old adage “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is” was certainly the case. I queried why delivery was taking so long and was fobbed off with apologies and assurances that Rosie would investigate. When I finally managed to delve more deeply via tracking I discovered that everything comes from China - not made clear on their website. Three of my items turned up nearly a month after I placed my order. The boots looked nothing like the advertised photo, the shoes were the wrong size and far too small (made for Chinese feet) and my husband's boots did not fit well either. The quality of all left much to be desired. The fourth "pair of shoes" arrived today - a hideous long, slinky dress that no one I know would be seen dead in! To return anything is going to be impossible as Rosie's return policy covers virtually all reasons why a customer will be unable to do so.

Ordered a jacket on 25th October and…

Ordered a jacket on 25th October (#1019) and the status of the order is still “order placed”

Have reached out to customer services via the Shop app and via email with no responses so it looks like I’ll not receive the jacket or my money for quite some time!
