I understand if you have to send something back due to not fitting but having to spend more to do it, I think a free return should be allowed as £8.50 paid for postage when bought and then nearly £6 to return total £14.50 paid for a £30 dress !
What can I say but it's always a pleasure to buy from these lovely ladies. The clothes are just fantastic. The packaging in beautiful they go that bit extra and make ever parcel special with the attention to detail. I will look forward to my next shop online. Definitely recommend rosies boutique. Karen

What a lovely surprise to receive such a beautifully packaged order! The personalised card, rose petals and handwritten note elevated it to a high level. Although i had to return my item due to it being too large, i will be using Rosie's again - great customer service and very friendly.

Arrived in lovely packaging which was a nice touch. Clothes exactly as shown. One unfortunately didn’t suit - customer service was great and a refund was given no problem. Would recommend and I will use again.
