I’m 5 stars for this estate agent. From the start to the end, be it professionalism, quality of brochure, quality of advice, finding win-win outcomes for seller (us) and buyer, the progression after sale agreed to completion and general communication. I can’t fault Rosindale Pavitt, it’s a noticeable difference (and advantage to both buyer and seller) that they are local, rather than a national chain. You get more attention and more experienced people representing your property and interests. Recommended.

I was recommended Rosindale Pavitt as a great local estate agent to sell my house and they did not disappoint.
David has great knowledge of the area and valued the house accurately and provided great marketing advice to sell the house.
The agents were very communicative with arranging viewings and providing helpful feedback to sell the house.
Once the sale was agreed Rebecca then actively managed the sale through to completion, dealing with all queries and chasing all parties, which made a massive difference to the smooth and quick completion of the sale

From start to finish, our experience with this family-run estate agency was outstanding. David expertly handled the initial stages of our home sale—his honesty, market knowledge, and communication gave us confidence throughout the process. Once we accepted an offer, Rebecca stepped in to manage everything through to completion. She was incredibly organised, responsive, and supportive—especially when unexpected complications arose with the buyer’s solicitor.

What really stood out was how genuinely they cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. Their personal touch, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving made all the difference. We always felt like a priority—not just another client. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or highly recommend them to others.

I was very well looked after by these agents. David came over with some high tech photographic kit, and helped me set the rooms up for the photos, which were impressive. I was kept well informed through a fairly long process (the first buyer dropped out due to a mortgage application that failed). I was given good advice throughout the sale.
These people are thoroughly professional, and willing to go the extra mile for clients, always with good humour!

This is an excellent family-run, extremely reasonably priced estate agent. We were incredibly impressed with them. Rosindale ran a successful open day for us, we received several offers and have exchanged in just 8 weeks. David is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The process has been stress-free as the team has communicated well with us via Whatsapp throughout. Rebecca has worked efficiently post offer to get our sale agreed. We have had excellent service from Rosindale Pavitt from start to finish. David took much time and effort to value our property carefully, marketing it well. What should have been a trouble free sale turned out, through nobody’s fault, to assume the characteristics of a nightmare. Rebecca kept us all going, kept in touch, worked very hard for all of us and the result was a sale achieved yesterday to the great relief of all parties. We would highly recommend this company.

Rossindalepavitt were exceptional though out a very long and stressful move (not via them - the people we were buying from messed us about no end) In the end we changed purchases, which become a major rush, but they all stayed calm and professional and got it all though! lovely team and nice to support smaller independant businesses.

We have just bought and sold through Rosindale Pavitt. This is the first time we have used this Estate Agent and I wouldn’t hesitate to say that they are the best we have used. We have recently exchanged contracts, our sale was dealt with by Rosindale Pavitt.
We got a very good price for our property, if anything slightly more than we had anticipated. David Pavitt was very thorough and took us through the whole selling process, then Rebecca Rosindale took over the hard part of the conveyancing.
Our transaction was fraught to say the least mainly due to a very pernickety buyer who insisted on chapter and verse for every change ever made to a 115 year-old house! Rebecca was much calmer than us throughout and was extremely patient in explaining every detail to both us and our buyers. She and her colleagues were always in touch with the whole chain and knew exactly what was happening.
We would not hesitate to recommend them, the whole team is is very polite, efficient, friendly and above all patient.

I would recommend using Rosindale Pavitt to sell your property. My sale should have been relatively easy and whilst the initial sales part and getting to offer stage was pretty straightforward, the real benefit in using Rosindale Pavitt’s service came after I accepted an offer. Rebecca dealt with the sale from here on and her service can only be described as highly commendable and I’m sure it was probably above and beyond that of most other agents.

For completely independent reasons, my conveyancing process became a nightmare and it is not an exaggeration to say that without Rebecca’s help, I would have had a complete meltdown. Rebecca has a vast amount of experience in this industry and I have learnt that experience is definitely invaluable when it comes to property transactions.

Unlike my solicitor, I was always kept updated by Rebecca and she is very easy to contact and talk to; talking through the problems I encountered with her definitely prevented my blood pressure from sky rocketing! Rebecca was able to guide me on the ins and outs of the conveyancing process and advise on the appropriate action I could take to ensure we saw the sale through to completion. My sale did eventually complete but it is questionable as to whether the outcome would have been the same had I used a different estate agent.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years and I have recently sold one on behalf of my parents. The Wallington area is not well known to me so I interviewed a few agents and I am very pleased I chose Rosindalepavitt to help me sell the property.

The sales experience was friendly and objective and I am convinced they got the best price for us. Once we had a buyer, Rosindalepavitt coordinated everything. They were regularly in touch with buyer and seller, and the respective solicitors.

Quite frankly, they made the solicitor's jobs easy by keeping on top of things that needed to be done and when. Without that assertiveness I doubt we would have completed the transaction as quickly as we did.

They did far more than I have experienced from other agents. So, if you are planning to sell or buy a property I would highly recommend them.
