The absolute worst company to rent from. They never reply or pick up the phone, nothing in the house works. If it’s not the hot water today, it’s the heating the next. Very bad customer service and extremely unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever rented from such poor people. They literally do not care at all!

The client was evicted due to rent arrears. We had given over 1 month for the client to resolve any missed payments. As the client was not able to do so, or show any suitable resolution within this time frame, we had no other choice but to evict them.

I have been dealing with Roskings since two years ago and since then, our relationship has been amazing. They are managing three of my properties. Initially I started with only one, after seeing the way and manner by which I was treated, I have given them an additional two properties. Let me share a quick experience with you to back up my point. Couple of months ago, I received a call from landlord below my flat on Sunday morning, that there's a leakage of water coming from my flat above, and immediately, I got in touch with Roskings, and in less than an hour, Roskings sent one of their closed-by engineers to the property and resolved the problem without charging me. The landlord below my flat was very happy. .
So in a nutshell, my experience has been "so far so good "
