I first placed an order in March. I was told it was out of stock with no ETA. After several back and forths with various customer service reps trying to get a resolution, I finally got hold of a really helpful rep (Brock?) last week who shipped a different model out to me very quickly.

Excellent customer service. Longer than expected wait for delivery but was kept informed. Great prices and products.

Excellent service, Rhoan was very helpful, empathetic and professional, and he helped me buy the right product. Bought couple of things before from Rossman, delivery was fast, no issues and the business has an actual phone line to contact. Wont be buying things from others anymore (especially not JB hifi)...Rossman all the way. Thanks for the great experience.

It took ages to get my order but that’s the pandemics fault. Communication was ace the whole way along and these guys were the only ones to get me the specific product I needed.

Took a few months to come but when it got here I am really happy of the out come.

I did not receive my order at all, despite its marked as delivered, and no reply or help of any kind from CS

i cant believe how good this company is, i made an order monday night, it was delivered to tasmania on wednesday morning, i realise they use a delivery service, but the one they use has to have been at least two or three times faster than other delivery companies have been lately, but on top of that, rosman computers let me know by sms and email when the goods were picked, packed and picked up for delivery, for any future needs that this company can provide, i will certainly buy from them again :) AAAAA+++++

Bought a case on Sunday night, and arrived 9 am Tuesday morning. Couldnt really fault them. Great price and far cheaper delivery than any other seller. I was a bit concerned after i purchased and read some reviews, but honestly it was the best experience Ive had with an online purchase.

UPDATE: 26 days after this review and I am still waiting for my heaf phones. It's the 28th now and on the 19th I contacted them for the second time asking where my headphones were. They told me they raised it with the freight company and should have a reply in 2-3 days, it's now the 28th and Rosman Computers has not messaged me or replied to my message just over 24hrs ago. So I have now had to start a PayPal refund. This comapany is a lets take your money company and forget about the customer. I will never buy from them again no matter how cheap something seems. IF you do buy from them make sure you use PayPal for payment! I ordered headphone from Rosman Computers. A few days later I recieved a text message from Fastway saying that my package was on it's way to Perth. The problem is I live near Cairns in Queensland. So I emailed Rosman Computers. They never replied at all. It now looks like I will have to take legal action.

Great customer service and prompt delivery. Setting up a home office and contacted their Sydney warehouse to check on availability of a docking station which has been difficult to source. The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful, quickly knew what stock he had, allowing me to complete an order online. Simple and fast! I will use them again in the future.
