Stay away from this company! Right after I placed my order I realized they'd added a second order of the same product.

I contacted them immediately to cancel the second order, the second I realized, got a message back saying they cannot cancel an order once placed.

What company cannot cancel an order and provide a refund for a product you didn't purchase.

This appears to be a bit of a scam! Buyer beware!

Don't order. Never take the subscription . It will be impossible to cancel after. This company is a scam. I've tried to cancelled several times my subscription and it's impossible. They keep taking money in my account and nobody reply. Please never order to this company. 🙏🏼order 193847

Not bad but the protein they send me expire in 3 month time.how I suppose to consume 3 bags that quick?

Ordered from ROS for the first time after nothing but trouble with myprotein (still waiting on an order placed over six weeks ago)

Very reasonably priced and delivered next day but what impressed me most was the quality of their Target Whey Protein; smoothest whey I've used, mixes effortlessly and despite being 'unflavoured', it's actually very pleasant tasting. Will be using them from now on.

EDIT: spoke to customer service again trying to reorder and they said they would add store credit so I could reorder at discounted price once border issues sorted.

Made a purchase for new year to start getting healthy have had the product previously through Amazon and it’s a decent product but decided to order through their website this time due to a discount I had Available. Delivery date was 2 days.

Few days past without any emails or dispatch notes so I checked on my account and saw it was still pending, so I contacted them through chat service which took over an hour and a half to be cut off when the shut, having to try again the next day. For them to tell me it’s still in the warehouse and they can’t give me a date when I can expect it because it’s out of their hands.

Very fast delivery and double chocolate protein is very tasty indeed. Thumbs up here. 👍👍

I have been using Ros nutrition's calcium caseinate all 3 flavours...chocolate, strawberry & vanila. Hard to come by especially at this quality & none of the unnecessary additives or soy found in others. Very good price & company often gives a free gift with order & regularly has discounts & special offers. I take it for the protein but also because it gives me a good supply of calcium & slow release protein. I'm active in the gym, cycling & work outside & have used calcium caseinate for years. I always used to recommend this form of protein when I was a gym owner & personal trainer & giving diets & nutritional advice also. Even for people who dont go to the gym its very beneficial including woman for the calcium & keeps you fuller longer
