Excellent service and communication.
After trying to contact several local companies, and not getting a response, I got in touch with Rospal. They immediately contacted me with a quote. I must say the prices were as competetive as any other company. They delivered my fence panels when they said they would. Overall, an excellent service.

Contacted Rospal for a quote to remove…
Contacted Rospal for a quote to remove old fencing and supply and fit new fencing. The new fencing arrived today and the Rospal team took no time at all to remove the old fencing and fit new - wow what a great job - over the moon with the new panels. Well done Rospal and we would be delighted to recommend this company to anyone requiring any of their products.

Reported To Advertising Standards Agency
I have recently had a very poor experience dealing with this company. I viewed their website which stated that they offered a discount if your ordered 10 or more fence panels so I rang to place the order and was told that the offer was only applicable to standard fence panels. I insisted the website was misrepresenting the offer and it did not state that the panels I wanted to order were not included. I advised that there were laws against advertising offers that were not actually available but she was not interested. I reported the matter to Advertising Standards Agency and won the case and justice was served. Rospal have now amended their false advertising but I would not recommend dealing with this company!
