We have been with Ross and Liddell for a number of years and were very happy with the service, however but over the last two years we have seen a dramatic reduction in the service provided.
We used to have a named property manager who we could contact with issues, but they have changed their system to remove points of contact and now you email and hope...
They have failed to fulfil the actions of minuted meetings and consistently failed to come through with rectifications despite numberous hollow promises.
Best avoided if you want a prompt, effective property management service.

I have been complaining to the company for 6 years now. It is getting beyond a joke, i have tried to raise formal complaints but continue to be told 'Its being looked into'. How does it take 6 years to look into something?
Sent out maps of the wrong street, then sent an overall map and denied that a care home existed in the estate! What chance have you got?

I accidentally overpaid as I mistook my Outstanding Balance to indicate I was in debt, Leah was quick to respond, quick to get in contact with the financing team and quick to inform me of when my funds would be back in my account. Short and to the point, which is what you want in those situations.

Paige responded quickly and looked into the issue straight away. Very pleased with her/R&L just let down ( so far) by their contractor who cleaned 3 out of 5 reported graffiti spots. Paige is chasing up the other 2 patches for me 👍

Query quickly resolved by Nicole in general enquiries live chat. This was a new experience as live chat is usually unable to resolve queries and it’s impossible to get past live chat to talk to somebody who is in a position to answer queries properly. I feel sorry for those working in live chat who have to deal with the frustration of the many customers getting a very poor service from this factor. But thank you, Nicole, for being on the ball today.

Ross and Liddell have been absolutely fantastic since moving into my flat. They are always very quick to respond to any issues, they are very accommodating and reassuring whenever I have came into any problems financially and the staff are all very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Ross and Liddell to anyone.

I’ve lived in a few flats over the years with different agencies and this has been one the best experience by far. They’re always happy to answer questions and have been quick to get back to us. They have been super accommodating to us as students. They are always a pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone!

Sent out a request to 46 home owners 4 weeks before Xmas asking that everyone contribute £160 to playpark repairs. Clearly not able to think ahead.

Received an email today of a first warning because apparently the fault is with me not receiving an email mail bill. These people are constantly and consistently playing games here. Never had I received any communication in regard to my current bill. They’re fast to chase you up on bills but take no effort whatsoever in customer service: even a McDonald’s self service can do better
