Ho acquistato un paio di guanti on line e sono arrivati in una busta sigillata in modo talmente stretto che era impossibile aprirla senza danneggiare il prodotto. Nonostante abbia fatto attenzione, tagliando appena il bordo, il guanto è stato rovinato perché era stato imballato proprio a filo della chiusura, all’interno di una busta troppo piccola. Ho contattato il servizio clienti per segnalare il problema e chiedere una soluzione, ma non solo si sono rifiutati di fare qualcosa, ma non hanno nemmeno chiesto i miei dati per verificare l’ordine. Questo dimostra totale disinteresse per il cliente. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
