Needed a part quickly for our company van, Was given very clear helpful information. More helpful than the garage and much cheaper!
We got the correct part very quickly.
Communication was excellent. We were kept updated all the way through and very professional responses to all our questions.
I'm hoping the works van doesn't break down again anytime soon but if it does, I will be coming back to Nicki straight away!

When i phoned about my bumper they were helpful and sounded good so i went ahead it said 3 wks i asked for updates got told it was being sorted this went on for 7/8 wks, we rang and told him i need my bumper doing got told it was done and had been sent out another couple of wks still nothing had a call with them to say it was done and i could collect so we arranged that for a sat morn we was almost there when i got a call to say we had to wait for all for a time no i dont think so was told the garage was shut due to a bereavement,, we continued our journey anyway,, i was on the phone telling him to go and get my bumper as wasnt travelling an hr and half for no reason at all,,, we got there ITS NOT EVEN HIS GARAGE it just one who does work for him 😡 iam still on the phone asking where my bumper is to be told He had not got it ,, i went nuts as it was lie after lie after lie and they made us travel all that way for nothing so i said iam not leaving unless i get my bumper or a full refund
He said a small refund and he will deliver it personally,, deliver what u not got it so no bumper or refund so he did a refund ,,, 3 weeks on is still waiting for my money its been LIES LIES AND MORE LIES all the way through i have had had to take to matter to my bank and trading standards as he's taken my car insurance money not done what he said and promised and now delaying the refund

Ordered front headlight was sent back light and returned. Have phoned 26 times and 20 emails each time being told they would pay £246 on 12 June l received £100,so phoned again! they said they would pay! On 24 June told they would pay as he was working until 6pm as usual didn't pay, so sent a message on wasp app and told to ring in morning, don't no why l had to ring as all he had to do is pay. So that evening l wrote a review. Which the next day he rang and said he would pay£100 and take the review down and he would pay £46 on the Friday, which didn't happen, so final 30 June l have got my £46,so pleased that l don't have to deal with this man ever again. SO PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a part expecting it to come from the advertised supplier. Instead, the part I received had been sourced through eBay, the original invoice was with the part £78 ! which was not made clear before I placed my order. I paid £97 for the part, but found the identical item on eBay for around £78, so I ended up paying nearly £20 more.

The part also took 11 days to arrive, which was much longer than expected.

I found the whole experience misleading because I believed I was buying directly through Online Breakers, not paying a premium for a part sourced from eBay. Communication and service were disappointing, and I would not use this company again. I contacted the company for refund in difference of price and where was the genuine part ??!!

Best service I bought Engine

I am writing to report a fraudulent transaction. I ordered four genuine used Lexus injectors on 3rd June and they were delivered on 23rd June. Despite multiple attempts to verify the delivery status, the seller consistently stated that the order would be delivered while tracking indicated otherwise. Upon arrival, I found that the injectors were counterfeit Chinese replicas. I requested a refund which was denied.

After not receiving my part I went to my credit card company to process a refund. This was back at the beginning of May.

It is now 22nd of June and i have just received a message from my credit card company that they are challenging my payment dispute.

There are loads of fake reviews giving 5 stars.

DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

1 because there's no zero. After being asked to remove my trust pilot review as the part paid was sent to a completely different person in a city after a failed promise to deliver by courier in two days.
I was told there was no issues returning the money.its now 10 days and despite several emails I was told to be patient. When paying on line I had to prove with a screen shot it had been paid.
Next stop section 75.
