Reliable service, friendly driver, clean vehicle.

Kind , caring and so efficient

The driver was using his mobile phone for the whole journey, I am not sure of the laws in Turkey but it is a serious offence to use your mobile phone while driving in Ireland. He was searching for our hotel on Google maps while driving, which he should have done before leaving the airport and then was continuing to use WhatsApp while driving at high speed. The speed at which the driver was driving was dangerous we were not catching a flight there was absolutely no need for the speed. It is my first experience of such careless and unsafe driving with an airport transfer. In fact it would even make me consider not returning to Turkey it was an hour of utter fear and anxiety. The return journey we couldn't see the driver so I have no idea if he was using his phone but again the speed he was driving was unnecessary there was no need for it we had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport. It is totally unprofessional to make your passengers feel so unsafe.

Excellent taxi service! The driver was punctual, polite, and the car was spotless. The pick-up and drop-off were both right on time, and the whole journey was smooth and comfortable. Very reliable and professional service—highly recommend!

The pick up at Antalya airport on arrival was quite chaotic. We struggled to find our driver amongst all of the drivers. It would have been very helpful to have a driver waiting at one of the numbered desks near the exit. Once we did find the driver we had a smooth ride to the resort. The return journey was perfect. We also appreciated that the drivers did not use their mobile phones whilst driving. That can be scary.

We didn't receive the service we paid for. Long before our trip to Antalya, I paid for a taxi from the airport, but the driver didn't show up and didn't answer my calls. I contacted the police, and a police officer called him, but he didn't answer. Then he wrote that he couldn't come and said we'd have to find a taxi ourselves. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Everything was smooth, I booked the vehicle 5 day before. Once I got to the airport, the aigant person was waiting for me. I Signed the contract and took the car in two minutes. During the return, the same aigant was waiting for me at departure gate.
