Absolute joke of a site you deposit…
Absolute joke of a site you deposit 20.00 get a bonus of 80.00, I end up raising this to 149.00 go on the next day and everything has disappeared, apparently this is their protocol according to their not so useful chat person. I understand that you can’t withdraw this money and you should be able to play it, but to actually take your account to zero is an absolute joke. I will be taking this to the gamblers commissioner and resolver. They get you under false pretences. My advice don’t log up to this site to be ripped off!! What is more frustrating reading other reviews from the 26th November someone in the same position as me had there’s put back as a goodwill gesture

if you play slots on bonus rolls given, any winnings can’t be transferred to playing bingo. If you win when using part bonus and part cash funds, you lose any bonus funds if you withdraw your cash winnings! Clearly they don’t like you making a withdrawal. I’ve lost loads of money playing on this site so I’d stay away from it!

Refusing to reopen my account and breach of licence
I have been playing on rosy bingo for a long time it was all going amazing until recently, I had a big win and altogether I have £1050 in pending withdrawal, now this is where the issue is, now I have had a big win they won't send my money until I give i.d I explained I am a man of shall we say elderly age, who isn't very good with certain things I was told to send bills as proof of address which I did and was accepted, then after speaking with a lovely lady was told to send birth certificate with a selfie of me holding it which I did, then I was asked to send pictures of my bank cards which I have sent the photo of the bank card I do have and I explained I no longer have in my possession the older cards so I was kindly told that if I don't have the cards I can send my bank statements across clearly showing my deposits to rosy bingo, in pdf form which I did from both of my banks and now still being refused back onto the site and ignoring emails i have done and everything else asked, it seems they are trying everything to not reopen my account, when I have done everything possible that's been asked. It has now been escalated to the managers and will be happy to delete this review in exchange for a better one if this issue is dealt with soon.
Update since this review, I have still not had any contact from management, when I asked to speak directly with management was told they do not have a phone number! I have since found out this situation is actually breaching licence condition 17 on the gambling commission rules, so have now escalated this issue myself,
So much of a shame due to the fact all I asked was that my account was re opened and my withdrawal was sent but as no communication from "management" I will take this through the claims court for breach of licence.

Avoid they don't pay out winnings
Won £70 which I withdrew but have not sent me the money I won. Wanted confirmation of my address by utility bill & driving licence which I sent. They replied cant accept utility bill as its a screenshot (from am email as that's the way most utility bills get sent these days) couldn't accept screenshot so I had to download and sent via One drive. Now they can't accept that as it needs to be a JPG file or pdf. No idea how I'm suppose to do that so can't send it and am highly unlikely to get my winnings. AVOID ROSY BINGO they just take your money amd do t pay out winnings!!!!
