Find another company!!!

My last cal company is awesome. The big national corporate is horrible. The worse customer service I have ever come across. They call me every month threatening me to take away my equipment for non payment. I look at my insurance every month and they are paying for my equipment. I have called them so many times. I give up. So tired ov talking to people who can't speak English.

Horrible Company Causing Life and Death Situations

Terrible callcenter reps as I cannot understand most. Asked for a 90 day supply of my Diabetes supplies to be sent and they only sent part of a 30 day supply as they only sent (1) G7 Continuous Glucose Monitor and have now been without continuous monitoring for 20 days. Had called their call center on 4 different occasions to be told they would send my issue to the processing department. I finally demanded to speak to someone directly in the United States and hopefully have the missing sensors finally being shipped out but we will see how that goes. DO NOT use Rotech/Better Living Now for ANY medical supplies. Better Living Now was somewhat better but one Rotech bought them they are now HORRIBLE as it is all Rotech.

I sure wish I had looked up the reviews…

I sure wish I had looked up the reviews on this company before using them.
I called to let them know I had loss me insurance and would be taking the equipment back as soon as the roads were clear enough for me to get there. ( 60 miles over one pass ) The lady I talked to said as long as I had it returned by the 1st of March, I would not be charged for February. I got it there 2-25-25, and was billed $190+for February and March, when I called, after being put on hold and transferred three times, I was told the girl in the office put it in the computer wrong and it would be all straightened out. Well today I had to call again cause the bill was still $190+, this time she got it down to $98 and said that was the best they could do, so I asked to talk to a supervisor, well I guess they have to send them a e mail to call me, WTH! After calling them for various reasons 5+times and being put on hold 10-12 times for at least 30 mins each time, I think they owe me for all the time I've wasted!!

If you want to be ripped off and…

If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly, by all means, use this business. These people continued to bill me long after our business was completed. They sent emails only which I never saw since they went to spam. They have my phone number and my address but made no effort to contact me through those methods. So, I tried to order CPAP supplies 3 years later (this week) and they denied my order, stating "BAD DEBT" as the reason over $12.80 they never attempted to collect. I have an 830ish credit rating, and you don't get that by welshing on $12.80 bills, even illegitimate bill. These folks are taking advantage of patients and the Medicare system potentially. Maybe DOGE should be looking at ROTECH for fraud, waste, and abuse. NEVER AGAIN, horrible and incompetent company.

Rotech unable to resolve issues

I used a local medical supplies company for many years that was bought out by Rotech. Rotech is very efficient at anything that is automated. But they are useless at solving issues with insurance and their clients.

Here what you need to know about Rotech. If the insurance company requires more documentation, they will just bill you. You will spend many hours calling them. You will speak to different people on almost every call. They will not return your call. Many phone calls will be undocumented in their system. They will let you order supplies and then not send you supplies without notifying you.

My insurance company asked for additional information for CPAP supply orders and held approval until it was provided. Rotech never contacted me to resolve the issue. They just billed me every week. We talked to our insurance, and they said not to pay the bill, but to have Rotech submit the information requested. After a few calls to Rotech, I had a medical visit for the purpose of documenting need for CPAP and a prescription for supplies. About 7 months later they sent a letter saying that they were sending my account to collections. After a number of calls I discovered they never submitted anything else to insurance. Over the course of about 8 calls and discussions with about 15 different people, I got a variety of answers of what the insurance company needed, but no two answers were the same.

Why is their website so poorly written and unclear?

Why does their website offer the strangest of reasons I am "reordering" such as "worn out" or "broken" but not one of the reasons is just plain old "need new supplies." Their wording seems as if they don't speak or know English. They never introduced themselves as having been a company that took over Better Living Now (which I was using before) so I had no idea why this company named Rotech was suddenly texting me telling me I needed supplies. They seem extremely dysfunctional and with nobody noticing mistakes and having a sense of customer service.

I have had no help from employees of Roteck after multiple attempts until I reached Teresa on 7/12/24 by telephone at around 4:15 pm Friday July 12 2024. She was like a breathe of fresh air after spending time on many emails, chats and telephone calls over a period of weeks without getting any results. I have never had a worse experience…

I have never had a worse experience with a company. I have been using them for a year after my doctor called in medical equipment from them for me. Every single order for new supplies has been wrong. I waste tons of time trying to sort it out and trying to get them to send the correct items. They send repeated bills for things I don’t owe. When I ask them why they keep sending m3 these bills they say I can just ignore them. What?? This is absolutely the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with. I am looking for a different company.

Run Fast From Rotech Rats

Where do I even start with this company. I finally had them come pick up my oxygen machine and tanks as well cause they have been incorrectly charging my billing statements for almost two years. Called them since the first bill was already wrong. I refused to pay after the second statement rolled out with no help for erroneous billing errors in the Hillsboro location. These folks are crooked as some people already stated. They are rude and sent me a threatening letter they wanted their stuff back. Never got any filters or replacement hoses and the cannula or new tanks in 2 years yet they charged my Medicare for these services and a walker that I owned and billed me so I had to give the walker up to them to stop billing for that. Stay away trust me. They will harass you and refused to help. Am seeking legal action soon. These sewer rats are terrible

avoid Rotech

rotech is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with. if the respond to emails they take about a week and when they do they are not helpful at all. I am looking elsewhere through my drs office and will update when i find a better service. avoid these folks

Rotek service from Marshfield

Rotek service from Marshfield, WI was wonderful. Sean is the best for explaining how the equipment works. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He is professional and knowledgeable about the equipment.

Rotech Is Slime!

Rotech is slime! Kept sending the fraudulent bill for $43 and change until my wife broke down and paid the bill for a box of bandage crap, some of which was "Great Value" and we knew from whence that came. The box might have been worth $100, max.

Rotech charged Medicare and supplemental insurance several thousand dollars, of which it was paid several hundred, way more than the supplies were worth. And they billed me $43 and change more.

Outright crookedness! They over bill then write off the difference in what they charge and what they are reimbursed. So they're bilking millions from Medicare and supplemental insurance companies, and screwing the government from taxes. The IRS should be cleaning out the Rotech rat's nest.

What a low life company. The Mafia could take lessons from Rotech!

Completely Unreliable

They will take your order but they won't follow up if anything goes wrong. They submitted my order with the wrong insurance and never contacted me. I'm sitting here with dirty equipment because they dropped the ball. I have called twice about this and it's always an excuse and I am still waiting for my equipment.

When I asked if it could be rushed because of the mistakes they made, they basically told me I can ask but never said yes or no. I hate how business is these days. No one takes any responsibility or ownership because no one cares anymore. No one cares anymore because it's all big corporations and no small businesses anymore. Why give a crap if you don't have to?
