I would like to record my gratitude and that of my friends to Reem for the service provided from the beginning. I confess that initially there was some distrust because I didn’t know the agency. I am very detail oriented and little by little Reem gained my trust (yes, I was the leader of the group) with her always clear and honest service. We were in Türkiye in October/24, for 17 days. She was always available to resolve any issues. The itinerary I planned was fulfilled with excellence. The local company is also great. I recommend Reem Alanany from Roteiros da Türkiye.

We purchased the tour package with Mr Raed Kostanty who offered us an excellent service, modifying and adjusting the itinerary as requested. The company truly delivers what it promises. There were no incidents that could lead to a complaint.
One area for improvement is the inconsistency among the guides, especially on days with a high number of simultaneous tourists. Some are excellent, while others are not as good. This can cause discomfort for more demanding clients. However, overall, everything went as agreed.

Incredible experience since I was picked up at the airport. Ponctual, kindness, all organised. i had the chance to visit all best places in Turkey and was amazing. Also our guide Musa was incredible, high level of knowledge who made our trip more and more happy. Really recommend it!
