Booked a service and got confirmation email & paid. However never turned up to pick up the bike, tried calling but number was no longer in service and chased via email and heard nothing back. Very disappointed and still don’t have me money back.

Paid for collection last Friday no one turned up.

Emailed multiple times for my refund no one has got back to me.

What’s happened to the great service that I had previously.

Paid for a pick up and repair, bike not picked up or repaired and money taken and not refunded. No reply to multiple emails and phone number doesn't work. Extremely dodgy. Trying to get money back from bank. Authorities have been notified. Please avoid unless you want to lose your money!

Great service, our two mountain bikes are as good as new now and that required a lot of work, as they were in quite a bad state. The job was done quickly and professionally. Thank you!
We found Rothair after quite a few well known companies let us down with servicing the bikes. I guess big companies are more interested in selling bikes than repairing them. :)

Great service and my bike is now running like new. Would recommend to anyone whose bike needs servicing. Will be sending my other road bike in.

I previously advised of having my bicycle poorly serviced and being unable to make contact with anyone. I can now advise that Andrew contacted me shortly thereafter, having apparently been on sabbatical, and arranged to collect, service and return the bicycle over two days. This he has done and I am totally delighted. Please ignore my previous review.

Got in touch to get my Brompton repaired as the back end was all over the place. Andrew replaced the main hinge and gave it a service. My Brompton is good as new now - very happy

Emailed Rothair Repair Friday morning and my bicycle was serviced and returned by Friday night! Amazing service, bicycle is running like a dream.

Had a bike in need of a lot of TLC and Andrew gave it that and then some. I could ask for no more from the service provided. Professional, knowledgeable (which he freely shares), efficient and fairly priced what more could you want.

Andrew serviced two bikes for me. Both were in desperate need of some love and attention. I have only ridden one so far and it rode as smoothly as it did when it was new. The cost was in my opinion very reasonable and there were no hidden charges or complicated pricing structures. In addition, Andrew is easy to deal with and very responsive. He responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and fitted the first bike into his schedule within a week, at what is a very busy time. He also gave some useful tips on day-to-day maintenance which I am sure will prove useful over the next few months.

Fast thorough service, fixed lots of things I wasn't aware of. Very nice and professional bike enthusiast. Great value, highly recommended.
